Tuition & Financial Aid: Insurance and Activity Fee – The tuition is too high along with the parking fee. If a student is over the age of 50 should not need to pay activity and mandatory insurance

Campus Resources: Due to an increasing volume of students, ATC is building a new library on campus. This enabless a greater number of students to use computers. The overall campus resources available, in my opinion, are great.

Online Courses: I was a full-time student and worked full-time. The online course professors provide a detailed tentative schedule for the course. Each deadline is allowed a 22-hour time frame to allow all students on any time schedule to submit assignments. I love the online courses!

Overall Experience: The staff is almost always rude. The information we provide to them is not entered the system in a timely matter. The line to receive assistance is around the corner because the staff do not do their jobs accordingly. Records are not maintained or reviewed as they should.

Campus Resources: College Resources – I'm a working adult, and I haven't had much time to partake in any of the resources that the school has. I do plan on joining at least one club.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The value of education is much more than the worth of tuition paid. Financial aid is crappy at Atlanta Technical college. No matter how proactive you are to ask the right questions, give the information that's asked of you, and yet, you still get screwed over by financial aid. They give out bad information.

Overall Experience: Take Remedial Classes With Core Classes – There are not very many Technical colleges that will allow you to take remedial classes while you take your core classes. Sweet!

Career Services: What I Heard – we do have a career center on campus and most students for my program are allowed to come back to update their certification or practise before they take the state exam.but i dont personally know how effect this is.

Academic Experience: Fast Enough – well my program is the first in the state and we are in a constant rush because we have to learn the fundamentals before we start our advance course.so we are learning with the instructors which isnt always a good thing. Sometimes i feel like we are missing stuff because what we should cover over 3 days is covered in 5 hours....we have a 5 day schedule which we like but or online records havent been updated to reflect that we are in for more semester hours which is hard to explain when some grants count semester hours to be eligible

Overall Experience: Never Coming Back – the best thing about this particular school is the daycare that is attached to it.This is a blessing for me being a parent of a 4 YR OLD.This is one of the only good things i can say about it, the cafeteria only serves breakfast, the vending machine breaks down every two weeks, the wifi has been down for 3 weeks and i dont get a discount on daycare since i am a student. It took me 4 months just to register for class and when i thought i was done they at the last minute told me i had to wait.and when i did get in they messed up the paperwork of over half the students registering that semester. the day of registration was a complete headache and we were hearded like cattle instead of people. it was the most disorganized event i ever attended. i cant wait to finish my program cause i aint ever coming back here.

Campus Resources: Computer Labs – There aren't enough computer labs for all the of students. If my advisor isn't at the school I will not be able to get on the computer, the lab isn't open for that particular major unless instructors are present.

Academic Experience: I'm a paralegal major, and my classes have exceeded my expectations thus far. The graduation requirements continue to change & new classes are being offered each semester. Other than that inconvenience, the teachers are very helpful.

3 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: Conflict With Schedule – The classes that are offered in the morning will not be offered at another time for example, depending on your major, so you will have to fit your schedule around what the school offers. The teachers are very helpful though.

Overall Experience: Don't Come to This School for the NURSING Program!!!!! RUN!!! I am a student in the Nursing program and it has been the worst experience of my life. Very Unorganized, The teachers treat you like your in elementary school! There is one particular nursing teacher (ACTING CORDINATOR) is very RUDE, and MESSY. If your cute your bound to fail! She runs all the good instructors away! She needs the boot! I know the nursing program would be way better off! Go to Griffin Tech, Ga Perimeter, Chattahocee or any where else but Atl Tech! OMG! Don't come here!

Campus Resources: I have not been involved with anything besides going to class.

3 College Senior

Overall Experience: I like the school, it is nort perfect but it has met my needs.

Campus Resources: The Campus Is Bad – Due to major changes at this school, its not good campus to go too, unless you like to act like a high school student. That's all this campus is, "High School Part 2".

Academic Experience: Culinary Arts (NO GOOD) – During some quarters ago, we been having problems with these two new teachers that call theirselves "CHEFS". All the good teachers are gone, and one more is about to leave. I love my major, but something just have to change with these teachers. I want to learn who to open my business and also learn to manage my food, so I would not have to pay anyone to do "MY WORK FOR ME".

Campus Resources: Computers Work Fantastically! I have never had a huge problem with the campus resources at this school.

3 Recent Alumnus

Academic Experience: Academics at This School Is Above Average – There is technical skills involved in the classroom, but the chapters in the books are long and take alot out of you after school.

3 Recent Alumnus

Campus Resources: Everyone Is Willing to Help Out One Another – Everyone at school is so helpful to each other. Sometimes I ask around for money to catch the bus home and I've always gotten home without a problem.

4 College Senior

Student Body: Generally Working Adults – For the most part the student body here at Atlanta Tech is comprised of working adults with jobs and families to support. Everyone for the most part are simply here to take care of their business and improve their lives.

3 College Senior

Online Courses: Online education is still a fairly new experience for some students. As it becomes more widespread I'm sure it will become more routine for most students.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: Facilities Fit Student Needs – This is for the most part a transient campus with no on campus housing. The resources that are available such as the library and all of the various computer labs are more than adequate to support the campus life of the average Atlanta Tech student. For the most part our student body is made up of working people that are attempting to earn certifications in order to enhance their careers.

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: It's What You Make of It – A lot of self motivation. To go above and beyond and teach yourself.
