Academic Experience: How I've Been Successful in My Classes:I Have Earned Good Grades in My Classes Due to the Time and Hard Work I Put Behind My Lessons and Also With the Support of My Hard Working and Dedicated Professofs. The process and procedure at Atlanta Metro:The professors are kind, they teach according to the curriculum and there's also extra tutoring assistance out side of class free of charge.

5 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: Keep Your Grades up – From personal experience, I learned that the minute you start slacking in your classes is the minute when you start to lose your chances of gaining more money from financial aid.

5 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: It's accessible, I do not have to travel far from home.

1 College Junior

Campus Resources: It is not separate from the rest of the community colleges.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: Not Enough Events – Not enough campus events, even though its a community there isn't something for everyone to enjoy.

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: Some of the classes necessary for the school don't transfer. And the bad thing about that is that many of those classes that don't transfer hinder the amount of hours you transfer with.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: Lack of Classes – My major isn't offered as a major or a minor. It's known as a pre course.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: Content With My Choice – Very pleasant experience thus far and content with my choice!

4 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: Very Reasonable Tuition – AMSC just became a state college and the tuition is very affordable compared to other state colleges.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: Library and Student Center – Students are allowed 12.50 credit per semester to print copies in the library and are allowed 10 free copies per day for school related work in the Academic Support Center.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: New Science Building – Atlanta Metropolitan College just became a state college and they just built a new science building which will have up-to-date resources for those students majoring in Science and plan to get their BS at AMSC!

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: Academic Support Center – I take advantage of the Academic Support Center. They help with anything that you're struggling with in subjects such as Math, English, Science, etc.

3 College Junior

Online Courses: Depends on Professor – it better to take on campus classes, if thats possible

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: Not the Best – most of the students dont use the facilities offered

3 College Senior

Campus Resources: When spring started, they had a cookout and there was a radio station who went to pump up the students. Also, the psychology department set up a worshop about relationships. So students could learn about the opposite sex. It was lots of fun!

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: Above the Maximum – We have several labs available at the school. There is more than one printer in every lab. Network reliability and wireless access is available everywhere on the campus. A home computer is need, but not while on campus due to the numerous computer labs.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Satisfied With My Choice – I love my school. I know that regardless of it's flaws, the education is a challenge that I am willing to take in order to accomplished my goal. I have attened many events or clubs, but I do know that AMC has alot to offer. As long as I am striving to receive this degree, I am more than grateful to have this school experience at AMC.

1 College Junior

Academic Experience: Need Improvement – When it comes to class registration process, it is a terrible time in AMC.i basically walk all around campus, from building to building, before you is actually completed with registering for a semester.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: Strict Academics Progress – My school has alot of programs that motivate you to study and learn more. Your grades actually is the ride to your destination. I have struggle to pass a class, but when I did, it became mandatory for me to go to several study group so that i can keep up. At this time, I thought this was a little to much. However, now, I appreciate the study group, because there's other students that is having the same issue.

2 College Junior

Student Body: Majority Work Aleast One Job. Majority of the students work aleast one job. 85% of the students are parents that carry other responsibilities. They are surrounded by different age groups, different religious, and backgroung. This allows you to explore your peers outlook on life and school. they are also trying to maintain grades so that they can end with a career and not just a job.

2 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: Small Computer Lab – They charge for Printing , and You only allow to print one page. The wireless access is free. Some days the wireless does not work

1 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: Staff Frustration – Staff is not friendly at all. It's hard to find a staff to help to find important information to be successful.

2 College Sophomore

Career Services: Not Very Good – Having only just expanded to a four year college rating there is very little in the way of graduate support. Most stay for two years then move on. I have not heard of any help with finding work and the like.
