4 College Junior

Academic Experience: I absolutely love my major. The professors seem to be very heartfelt about the major also.

Academic Experience: One of my professors never seems happy. He/she doesn't really try to help with the work at all.

Facilities: The school itself is okay. The campus isn't too big. The lines in the bookstore are slow. Some of the teachers just come for their paychecks and not to help the students.

Academic Experience: Most people there are goingin to nursing but if they're not then they're most likely PTA students

Career Services: I have really paid them that much attention, but I have heard that they are really helpful.

Online Courses: They are ok, I much prefer in class room settings.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I really like how the FA office at Athens Tech will work with you, and they really try to keep in contact with you concerning your FA status. They also very friendly too. And the tuition at Athens Tech is really affordable, that helps a lot with expenses.

Tuition & Financial Aid: tuition seems to go up a lot

Academic Flexibility: Flexible? Absolutely! Teachers and staff will work with you around your schedule to make your college course schedule. There are many classes offer end in the morning, afternoon, and night. And if you can't find a class that will work for you, there are many online class options. Then, if the online class options were to somehow not fit into a schedule the staff and teachers would work with you to see what could be done!

Tuition & Financial Aid: I am most certainly receiving my money's worth here at Athens Tech! I'm getting my associates degree in early childhood and it will transfer over to Piedmont college. If I would have started anywhere else I don't think I would've got this great of an education for this price anywhere else! The sweet ladies in the financial aid office are some of the nicest, patient ladies I have ever met in my life. They truly care about you and your education. They know times are tough and they try to do anything they can in their power to find you financial help. The only tips I have for getting financial aid at my school is to make sure to get there early and not procrastinate!

Academic Experience: I absolutely love my early childhood classes at Athens Technical College! The material is challenging but do-able and the workload is enough to keep you on your toes but not enough to make you go into panic mode. My professors over my early childhood classes are caring, knowledgeable, and love what they do. They (my professors) are absolutely what make my classes so enjoyable and informative.

Academic Experience: There are so many different academics offered at my school, I'm not kidding! All of the staff are ready and willing to help with the process whether it be a high school student wanting to take some classes with the dual enrollment program or an already college student wanting to switch majors.

Overall Experience: Of course I would choose to start over and attend Athens Tech again! I absolutely love it! The tuition is greatly priced, the professors genuinely care about you, everyone is friendly, there is a wonderful mix of diversity, the campus size is perfectly suitable for me and safe. I couldn't picture myself starting out anywhere else!

Campus Resources: I love the way our campus is designed: it's not too big or too small. Everything is within a decent walking distance and this covers from the farthest end of one side of campus to the other. Athens Technical College's student center and library are beyond wonderful. The library is filled with wonderful librarians who know what they are doing and are willing to help you in any way possible. The student center is where all my fellow classmates and other ATC students join up to hang out and study in a comfortable, education welcoming atmosphere. It's very pleasing...especially the little cafe that is located in it.
