4 College Junior

Majors: The curriculum and workload are fair.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: The application experience was long and at times stressful.

4 College Junior

Local Atmosphere: The city is big so there are many events and activities are being held at once.

4 College Junior

Greek Life: The Greeks does not impose on those who are non-Greeks. The student body are very friendly towards one another.

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: The quality of the housing offered off campus is excellent.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: i don't go off campus to eat unless it with my parents.

3 College Freshman

Campus Dining: i miss cooking for myself

5 College Freshman

Guys & Girls: Every one here is very friendly and kind and will always talk to you and have their door open and feel free to just walk right in.

3 College Freshman

Drug Safety: Im not the one to ask this question, since I'm not into this sort of thing.

4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Freshman housing is perfect. you are close to all the classrooms, and the dining hall.

3 College Freshman

Scholarships: i received financial aid towards tuition, it still was not affordable for my family so we had to resort to loans and scholarships which presume other families have to do as well.

4 College Freshman

Athletics: the games for all sports are posted and advertised well in advance and the school does a lot to try to get the students there - offering busing, and pizza for away games.

4 College Freshman

Scholarships: any questions i had about the process were answered in full by an administrator at the school.

4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: housing is newer and more spacious than other college dorms i've seen.

2 College Sophomore

Drug Safety: It doesn't matter how strict Camus Police tries to banish drinking, or how the RAs will transport you to the hospital if you blow over a point 0.00, drinking is only among those who have some sort of tie to an upperclassmen. Almost impossible for freshman with no connections to someone older to find a party, even sophomores have difficulty. Drinking is a binge drinking sort of deal, but only through certain groups, which becomes very noticeable through things like social media.

3 College Sophomore

Diversity: Mostly composed of white middle class students who weren't smart enough to get into a preppier school. Diversity is prevalent, though not 100% identifiable all the time.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Most people live on campus, over 90%. It's too expensive and if you can have your car anyway, why bother.

3 College Sophomore

Nightlife: Anything off campus is probably a better bet than anything on campus. The wet part of campus is in the "Valley", but unless you are 21+ or know someone in there, it's a real struggle to try to avoid Campus Police and get in, usually getting turned away. Parties seem to be composed of small social cliques- friends of friends, sports teams, etc. Nothing real spectacular for the person looking to go somewhere random and meet new people, you're better off looking elsewhere.

3 College Sophomore

Athletics: Athletics are only popular to a few superfans. Other than that, no one really cares about going to games other than a Friday or Saturday night football game. The athletes think of themselves as all superior, which is ironic, since not many care about the team or how the season is going.

3 College Sophomore

Transportation: The intershuttle to take students from campus to campus is really timely and easy to use, but only worthwhile for students that take classes or have friends at neighboring colleges- it serves no other real purpose. The bus that takes students to the Blackstone Valley on Saturdays can make for a fun outing, but you can only go so many times before it gets boring, and its also confusing on when the bus leaves and what time you should finish shopping to make sure you have a ride back. If you need to go anywhere than those places, a taxi (expensive, and usually creepy) is your only option.

3 College Sophomore

Weather: The weather is New England- pretty unpredictable. Thankfully, the walks from point A to point B are not long enough that the weather plays a huge impact.
