Tuition & Financial Aid: The education I am getting is worth the money I am paying for. The financial aid department at Ashford are very helpful and if I have any financial problems they are more than willing to help me out.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The prices have increased a few times since starting and has caused my original estimation to increase as well. It's a good school and reasonably priced.

Campus Resources: It's an online program so limited resources. The resources we have are great though and my understanding is the campuses posses quite a few nice resources

Overall Experience: I have been satisfied with the university. I did however have a problem with the reshuffling of the advisers and spoke out about it. Refusing to change after having changed twice before.

My problems are taken care of quickly.

Online Courses: personal things going on in my life hindered my focus

4 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The financial aid process wasn't a hassle as everything was explained to me, before I began. My financial advisor is available to me and answers emails quickly as well as returning a phone call. I may be paying more for an education, but I don't believe that one can put a price on education. I know my money is well spent.

Online Courses: I love my on line classes! Yes, it seems like a lot of work, but hard work is what I thrive on. I'm learning and applying what I've learned to my current job and also to real life situations. I love taking on line classes, because I have the self discipline to crack the books and not get behind on assignments.

Ashford University provides a great learning experience in a very unique environment. If you ask online Ashford students if they're happy with their choice to attend school there, most would probably say that they would do it all over again if they could, mainly because of its flexibility and convenience with schedules. The instructors are helpful and respond to questions in a timely manner, usually within one to two days. The instructors are helpful and encourage students to constantly look for better answers. Online classes are very convenient to students with complicated schedules; students can complete assignments at their own leisure, yet within the time constraints of deadlines. Most students find no problem completing their assignments.

A drawback of being an online student is that you don't have the opportunity to really check out the organizations or physical resources Ashford offers. However, the University does have an online library that students can go into from the Student Portal. The library is easy to use, and students can usually find most of the sources they need when writing a research paper. Even though it isn't your typical college interaction, the instructors and classmates are friendly and very helpful when you have questions. Students are able to help each other in unique ways. In one case, a student didn't have her book for class yet, and another student was able to scan a copy of the assignment and e-mail an attachment to her. Classmates are also helpful in post discussions and give each other timely advice and wisdom.
