4 College Sophomore

Computers: Overall the computers and labs are excellent. Though being in the creative field you do require your own aside the school computers.

Computers: The computers/network reliability/speed at Art Center College of Design are great. Most people have their own laptops, but during midterms and finals, the computer labs and printers can get pretty busy. You want to avoid the computer labs during the flu season.

3 College Senior

Computers: The labs are a bit crowded so I tend to carry my Mac and do the work whenever I have free time.

4 College Junior

Computers: Computer Labs – The computer labs at school are generally available to those who use Macs or any other kind (like Dell), and have incredible, ergonomic chairs. However, during finals and midterms, it tends to get a big loud and crowded so it is alot easier to just bring your own laptop since tables are everywhere. The wireless access is usually not a problem unless you are trying to connect from outside, then it can fade in and out at times. The printers are fine, especially the laser printers, but it is advised that if you need to do good printing you should bring your own paper since we use recycled paper that doesn't take in ink as cleanly as you would like for a presentation.

5 College Freshman

Computers: The computers at Art Center are all high-end computers. Almost all the computers they use are iMac, and they are available to everyone. Also, they have their own printing room, where you can print pretty much anything want. Also the wireless connection is terrific no lag at all! The computers and the network are awesome!
