3 College Freshman

Campus Dining: We have three buildings on campus that provide us food. We have our cafeteria that serves moderate food. Eating there on the weekends is not good. We also have a place called BazTech which is prefered by most students. It has Chic-fil-a, WichWich, A Burger Shack, and a Chinese restaurant. It is quick, good, and easy. We are aloud to use our DCB there. Lastly, we have a little store in Doc Bryan that has food that you can take back to your room and cook. They also serve pizza from pizza hut, which is a convience.

Greek Life: There are 3 sororities and 5 fraternities on campus. There are not very many housing options available. Phi Mu has a house and I believe a couple of the fraternities have houses. Greek life does not dominate the college but it is evident because most Greeks do everything together. People who are not in Greek life might see the Greeks as being stuck up or just people who party a lot without any real purpose. But people who are in Greek life still hang out with people outside of it. It all depends on the individual.

Guys & Girls: Most students attending here are from small, country towns, so mostly rednecks. There are not very many minority groups but there are international students. There are other subcultures too like hipsters.

3 College Sophomore

Computers: the computer lab at the top of the library is pretty nice but can get crowded, however there is wifi if you bring your own laptop and the connection is pretty good as well. printing can be irritating sometimes and most rooms in the dorms dont have wifi thats only in the academic buildings, dorm lobbies, and baztech (food court)

3 College Sophomore

Majors: the program is very good with all the professors very knowledgeable in the subject matter and some have jobs in the field besides educational purposes.

2 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: besides the Vista apartments there isnt much choice for off campus apartments but the Vistas are really nice

4 College Sophomore

Majors: it was simple getting into my major and setting a plan for graduating on time or soon

4 College Sophomore

Majors: the professors are helpful and the program is set up really good

4 College Sophomore

Campus Dining: the caf needs more space for seating however it is under construction for expansion, besides that its really good

3 College Junior

Facilities: I am a non-traditional off campus student. The Student Activities Board makes available different activities that I can join and even bring my family to. All the different activities that the SAB comes up with help to make me feel more comfortable about going to school there AND makes me want to send my own children to Arkansas Tech because I know that my children will have a variety of activities to choose from.

3 College Junior

Nightlife: Russelville is a small town so there is not a a lot of nightlife!

5 College Junior

Facilities: College offers a Bachelors of Professional Studies online. It si a great programa nd from a respected state school

5 College Junior

Facilities: Great facilities, even though I attend online, i have visited many times

5 College Junior

Diversity: There are people of many races and religion and age and gender at this school.

4 College Junior

Computers: There are many computers for students to use. However, the majority located in the library could be updated more frequently.

5 College Junior

Drug Safety: I have never known of any serious drug-related issues on campus.

5 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: There are great restaurants within walking distance of the campus that are diverse in cuisine and price. Perfect for a quick bite between classes.

5 College Junior

Academics: I am in EMT/ Paramedic degree at Ozark. The classes are interesting and my first run with college wasn't the greatest. Being in classes that I actually enjoy and care about have made this time around amazing.

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: I live about ten minutes away. I love it. It was cheaper then in town, but worth the drive.

4 College Freshman

Parking: I have never had a problem with the parking while at school.

5 College Freshman

Drug Safety: I have not seen much of this. I would hope that the campus would have a no tolerance program set up.

2 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: There isn't much to do. There are a few shopping places, but not a shopping center.

1 College Freshman

Nightlife: There is absolutely nothing to do at night in Russellville for students under 21

2 College Sophomore

Guys & Girls: I typically find students here to be extremely clique-y and really into themselves. Not a lot of people willing to be real friends, unless its convenient for them and their important schedules.

2 College Sophomore

Local Atmosphere: Even though we are in a college town, there is almost nothing to do at night other than spend money on going out to eat. As college kids, most of us don't have much extra money to spend. So we are typically stuck in the dorm with nothing to do.
