3 College Junior

Majors: I would stick with this program since there are a lot of good courses.

2 College Junior

Facilities: The school is more of a business than a place for education.

5 College Freshman

Campus Housing: I live in the Honors College which has a totally different vibe, but it's the best!

Health & Safety: The ASU police is always running around. I've seen them almost everyday.

4 College Freshman

Parking: Parking is available around campus, however, the price is very high! Like almost $800!

4 College Freshman

Athletics: As the biggest university in the nation, it would be expected to have more spirit for sports other than football, however, they are still enjoyable.

3 College Sophomore

Guys & Girls: There are a wide variety of people that attend this school, however most of the people I know are very outgoing, respectable, ambitious, driven, and very kind people.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: There are plenty of places off campus to live but they are not near the campus and are very expensive.

3 College Sophomore

Nightlife: While I do not know personally about the bars near campus, there are plenty of them that are very close by. There are plenty of opportunities to experience nightlife at this school whether it is through a party, going to a bar, a club, etc.

4 College Sophomore

Greek Life: I believe even though the Greek life is not the majority if the campus population, it still plays a very big role at the university. This is also another great way to meet new people and find new things you like and may be interested in.

Campus Housing: The social atmosphere is great which can be a good thing when getting to know new people and getting acclimated to the school.

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: No matter what time of day it is, I always feel safe on campus. There are always blue lights that you can push if there is an emergency which is very convenient.

2 College Sophomore

Parking: Although the parking is close to the dorms, it is not to the classrooms. The cost to park on campus is an incredible amount of money no matter where the spot is.

4 College Sophomore

Computers: I think there are plenty of places on campus where you can use a computer without having to carry a heavy laptop around. The wireless network is great, making it easy for each person to get connected to the network no matter where you are on campus.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Dining: There are plenty of dining halls for the students on campus which makes for a very convenient dining experience. Each hall has a variety of food choices for each student to choose from.

3 College Sophomore

Academics: I like that my degree is offered online and in a fast track format.

3 College Sophomore

Academics: Overall, ASU has been a good school. I have enjoyed most of my professors and feel like I am learning a lot.

3 College Sophomore

Computers: There are labs on each campus but they tend to fill up quickly.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I would choose ASU again. It is the best in state university and my experience has been positive so far.

Transportation: It is necessary to have a vehicle if you are on any campus besides main campus.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: I have always lived in off campus housing so I have not experience with the dorms.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: The campus strictness is average and not something that interferes with student life.

3 College Sophomore

Nightlife: As mentioned earlier the university does have a party school reputation

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: There are some chain restaurants around campus but there are also unique mom and pop places to choose from.

Arizona State is like no other university in the country. With a large, vibrant, and exciting student body that truly makes the campus unique, there is no arguing that ASU is by any means a boring place to be for the next four years of your life. As soon as you step onto ASU's campus, you will feel the immense amount of positive and exciting energy that gives you sense of belonging. Even though there are so many students around campus, you will be sure to find a niche to call your own. College is the time to find yourself and truly learn who you are as you prepare for the real world. ASU provides the perfect environment to challenge you to make "adult" decisions, and you won't always, but by the end of it all, you will mature into a dedicated individual!

Even though students will struggle with all-nighters, sports practice, parking tickets, and trying to recover from a great night, many of them couldn't ask for anything else. There will be times that you are drowning in homework and studying, but by the end of it all, you will look back and laugh. Your peers help you get through the tough times and make those social outings even more fun. ASU knows how to party hard, but when it comes to crunch time, we pull it off well. The kids here know how to have a great time, the nightlife and social settings are extremely fun, the academics are quite challenging—especially when you apply yourself and take it seriously—but most importantly, students will leave prepared for post-graduation and taking on the world. ASU is a fantastic place to meet new people and a great way to experience life in the great southwest. But don't take my word for it—come on out and experience it for yourself!
