Athletics: The student section is very energetic and passionate towards our sports program and activities. I am grateful to be a part of this experience.

Greek Life: I've never been involved, but the Greek chapters on campus have it together and do more charitable things besides partying.

Guys & Girls: There is a large mix of athletic, scholarly, and artsy people on campus, both male and female. There's something for everyone. I'm a little offended that this quiz only asks me to rate girls, however.

Drug Safety: I know it happens, but usually alcohol consumption is off of campus.

Weather: The weather in Arizona is awesome, except in the summer. If you're sensitive to heat, just don't be here in the summer.

Transportation: It's a school in a downtown area. Walking is better, but taking the shuttle or the bus is usually not that big of a deal.

3 College Senior

Scholarships: You're more likely to get loans than anything else because this is a public school. If you have special factors though, most of the time there may be a scholarship available. The school itself does not offer many scholarship options.

3 College Senior

Off-Campus Housing: I've never lived at on- or off-campus housing. I've heard it's not cheap, but that most students like the freedom of off-campus living.

3 College Senior

Diversity: Phoenix is a diverse place to begin with, so I think the diversity at the university is pretty average for the city.

3 College Senior

Computers: Computer labs are easy to get to and, as long as there's not a lot going on, you can usually find an open computer. However, if you need to work on projects at odd hours or have to have lots of research around you to get it done, you're better off finding a quiet nook and using your own laptop.

3 College Senior

Campus Dining: You won't starve, but it's probably better to eat off campus, which is easy to do in the downtown area.

3 College Senior

Facilities: There are many ways to interact with peers, or not, on campus. Several green spaces and nooks offer some peace and quiet, but there are times where open spaces are used for all sorts of activities. The library is massive and the front entrance is lovely.

4 College Senior

Facilities: There are many options for attending school here: online, etc. Also, there are many great research facilities and art programs.

4 College Senior

Local Atmosphere: If you like the downtown feel, this school has it, but the surrounding area has many parks and recreation options too.

4 College Senior

Athletics: I'm not a big sports fan, but for my peers who like sports, football seems to be the big thing.

Nightlife: lot of things to do.

4 College Freshman

Computers: there are computer labs and each classroom has a computer however your own is more convenient.

3 College Freshman

Facilities: during the day campus is very busy. the campus is beautiful and has lots of places to avoid the rush of a school day.

Arizona State is like no other university in the country. With a large, vibrant, and exciting student body that truly makes the campus unique, there is no arguing that ASU is by any means a boring place to be for the next four years of your life. As soon as you step onto ASU's campus, you will feel the immense amount of positive and exciting energy that gives you sense of belonging. Even though there are so many students around campus, you will be sure to find a niche to call your own. College is the time to find yourself and truly learn who you are as you prepare for the real world. ASU provides the perfect environment to challenge you to make "adult" decisions, and you won't always, but by the end of it all, you will mature into a dedicated individual!

Even though students will struggle with all-nighters, sports practice, parking tickets, and trying to recover from a great night, many of them couldn't ask for anything else. There will be times that you are drowning in homework and studying, but by the end of it all, you will look back and laugh. Your peers help you get through the tough times and make those social outings even more fun. ASU knows how to party hard, but when it comes to crunch time, we pull it off well. The kids here know how to have a great time, the nightlife and social settings are extremely fun, the academics are quite challenging—especially when you apply yourself and take it seriously—but most importantly, students will leave prepared for post-graduation and taking on the world. ASU is a fantastic place to meet new people and a great way to experience life in the great southwest. But don't take my word for it—come on out and experience it for yourself!
