Athletics: We had a great year this year in sports, its at an all time high!

Majors: The School of Life Sciences is wonderful! I am on a Pre-Vet track and my main concern is the lack of support to SOLS students who are not Pre-Med or research based.

4 College Freshman

Majors: SOLS is not difficult to get into. The coursework is challenging, however, so having science beforehand is very helpful.

Local Atmosphere: Mill Ave provides some exciting shopping and food options, and the city is easily accessible through buses.

3 College Freshman

Computers: The wi-fi is wonky at times, but ethernet connections are usually the best.

4 College Freshman

Academics: Everything is custom tailored to your major. The only issue with that is the lack of ability to explore other class/learning options.

Arizona State is like no other university in the country. With a large, vibrant, and exciting student body that truly makes the campus unique, there is no arguing that ASU is by any means a boring place to be for the next four years of your life. As soon as you step onto ASU's campus, you will feel the immense amount of positive and exciting energy that gives you sense of belonging. Even though there are so many students around campus, you will be sure to find a niche to call your own. College is the time to find yourself and truly learn who you are as you prepare for the real world. ASU provides the perfect environment to challenge you to make "adult" decisions, and you won't always, but by the end of it all, you will mature into a dedicated individual!

Even though students will struggle with all-nighters, sports practice, parking tickets, and trying to recover from a great night, many of them couldn't ask for anything else. There will be times that you are drowning in homework and studying, but by the end of it all, you will look back and laugh. Your peers help you get through the tough times and make those social outings even more fun. ASU knows how to party hard, but when it comes to crunch time, we pull it off well. The kids here know how to have a great time, the nightlife and social settings are extremely fun, the academics are quite challenging—especially when you apply yourself and take it seriously—but most importantly, students will leave prepared for post-graduation and taking on the world. ASU is a fantastic place to meet new people and a great way to experience life in the great southwest. But don't take my word for it—come on out and experience it for yourself!
