Diversity: Diversity is huge here because the school is so big. You will definitely be able to find an entire group of people who are similar to you--and who are different.

5 College Sophomore

Weather: Sunny and warm LITERALLY EVERY DAY. What are clouds? What is rain?

Greek Life: The parties are great and the feeling of brotherhood/sisterhood is very prevalent. Greek life is a much bigger part of this campus than I thought it would be originally. If you are a guy, Greek is pretty much the only way to go. If you are a girl then its not as big of a deal. President Crow is not fond of the Greek community at ASU which also makes growth very hard for Greek life on campus.

Health & Safety: I can't review health services because they do not accept Access insurance, but safety is pretty good on campus.

5 College Sophomore

Nightlife: The Nightlife at ASU can't be beat and if you didn't already know that then you should look elsewhere.

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: Its basically your normal doctors office. The main Health Services building is very nice.

Transportation: As far as moving about the Tempe campus, the size makes it easy to walk or bike around. When it comes to traveling between campuses, the buses run regularly and are easy to find.

3 College Freshman

Weather: Winter is beautiful, summer is miserable.

3 College Freshman

Computers: Network is pretty weak and often slow.

2 College Senior

Scholarships: Hard to get what i need

Academics: In my program for BioChemistry which is the Class of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the classes are very fun and the instructors are great. It is extremely fun to work in the labs and do experiments and really get familiar which the chemicals and lab equipment.

Nightlife: I, myself, do not party. Although living in the dorms opens a lot of opportunities to meeting people and going to a party. Of course greek life tends to host the best parties but also you can find like pool parties and hangout parties at most of the apartments that surround ASU like Visa del Sol.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: There are plenty of apartment and places that circle Arizona State University. Although, some of them are not cheap, and chances are you'll find an apartment a little away from campus, the public transportation like the buses and light rail make it easy to get to and from school without using a car or having to pay for a parking space.

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: Online classes are safe as well as on campus. They provide you with tools to become aware and alert.

College Sophomore

Campus Housing: I attend school online due to my five beautiful children I'm raising.

3 College Sophomore

Diversity: I really keep to myself so political beliefs are not really part of college students everyday gossip or conversation. There are different racises followed by numerous upbringings and basically the top religions, which are Christian, Catholic and Muslim. There are others but they don't stand out like the three I named.

4 College Sophomore

Greek Life: Greek life provides cultural differences and a variety of foods. Also a different way of upcoming, attitudes, and family oriented qualities.

3 College Sophomore

Computers: This can improve if others were willing to share and stop being selfish.

3 College Freshman

Drug Safety: People smoke, but not obviously. Tobacco is forbidden on campus and people don't smoke weed in public like it's no big deal.

3 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: It's nice being in the city, but sometimes a bummer because it's not a real college town. It can be scary sometimes with the numerous amount of homeless people, but they aren't all harmful. Sunsets are beautiful and so is the architecture. There are a lot of cool non-chain restaurants around.

4 College Freshman

Diversity: It varies. People aren't really judgmental.

4 College Freshman

Scholarships: Stay up-to-date on all the financial need information and scholarship deadlines. Ask lots of questions.

Arizona State is like no other university in the country. With a large, vibrant, and exciting student body that truly makes the campus unique, there is no arguing that ASU is by any means a boring place to be for the next four years of your life. As soon as you step onto ASU's campus, you will feel the immense amount of positive and exciting energy that gives you sense of belonging. Even though there are so many students around campus, you will be sure to find a niche to call your own. College is the time to find yourself and truly learn who you are as you prepare for the real world. ASU provides the perfect environment to challenge you to make "adult" decisions, and you won't always, but by the end of it all, you will mature into a dedicated individual!

Even though students will struggle with all-nighters, sports practice, parking tickets, and trying to recover from a great night, many of them couldn't ask for anything else. There will be times that you are drowning in homework and studying, but by the end of it all, you will look back and laugh. Your peers help you get through the tough times and make those social outings even more fun. ASU knows how to party hard, but when it comes to crunch time, we pull it off well. The kids here know how to have a great time, the nightlife and social settings are extremely fun, the academics are quite challenging—especially when you apply yourself and take it seriously—but most importantly, students will leave prepared for post-graduation and taking on the world. ASU is a fantastic place to meet new people and a great way to experience life in the great southwest. But don't take my word for it—come on out and experience it for yourself!
