4 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: I am living in a house next year and it is a perfect distance from campus just a short bike ride away. The price is so much better than the on-campus living situations because it is a lot cheaper and you get more for your money.

Off-Campus Housing: I lived off campus for all of my 4 years in college. It is quite pricey to live off campus, specially if you choose to live near campus. There are tons of parties in most of the housing near the campus, which is irritating. Parking can be a pain sometimes, unless you have your own designated parking. In terms of feeling safe where I live, it is not that bad either. I feel that there is a strong presence of the police force in my area.

Off-Campus Housing: I'm living off campus next semeseter

Off-Campus Housing: I already signed a lease to live at Roosevelt Point in the Fall which is about two blocks from campus so it is still close to classes and is much cheaper than living at the dorms.

Off-Campus Housing: A lot of students move to the Tempe campus after their first year. Mostly underclassmen live in the dorms. Students who live off campus in Phoenix usually live in The Met or Roosevelt point. They are safe, have great amenities, parking options, a little pricey but worth it.
