Tuition & Financial Aid: I do beleive that the price of the school is a little high as I could have taken some of the same classes at a cheaper price and had them transfered but I guess having the name of the school behind you can be a benefit

Tuition & Financial Aid: cost of degree is almost as much as a private college.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I have tried to give this review three times now. I am frustrated.

I am a veteran's spouse, and have applied for grants and scholarships, but it turns out it doesn't matter. As a wife of 23+ years, I don't exist in the realm of furthering my education as far as assistance is concerned. I am also a breast cancer survivor. But it turns out, my daughters can benefit for scholarships, not me. I am not tall enough, or short enough to qualify for other scholarships. There are grants for people with red hair and freckles. There are scholarships for people who aren't Caucasian, which I am and therefore don't qualify. I am currently holding a 4.0 GPA. If I can maintain this average through 2 more classes, I will qualify for an Argosy scholarship that covers a payment for a month. That's about it. (I had to withdraw in Feb 2013 when my husband was being sequestered, since we couldn't afford my education). I do believe that what I have learned at Argosy is worth the tuition, but find it sad that an honor student, who is a veteran's dependent, cancer survivor, and over the age of 50 can't qualify for a scholarship or grant. My financial counselor feels the same way, and therefore stopped looking for help for me. I do have FAFSA, which helps but is a loan that is accruing interest even as I write this.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I knew nothing about enrolling in courses or applying for financial aid. The people at Argosy helped me through every step.
