4 College Freshman

Campus Resources: They have great student centers, and libraries that give you that extra edge you need to help you thru college...

3 College Freshman

Career Services: They do have some very good features in their career center!

3 College Freshman

Campus Resources: That you can take one class at a time, so you wont feel to overwhelmed!

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: So far my first couple classes are easy, but once I start taking my classes in major I think they will become difficult, but I can handle it.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: I had a couple of credits from a previous school that did not transfer I was not pleased with that at all because I worked very hard in those classes.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I am in my second class and the instuctor in this class and the previous gave great feedback on the assignments and answered questions if the students did not understand the assignment.

5 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: Since I have been at Argosy my financial aid advisor has worked extremely hard to make sure that my financial needs have been taken care of.

Career Services: From my limited foray into the Career Services section of the website, it appears to me that nothing jumps out as being exceptionally different than say, Monster or any other job search engine. It is my hope that as I continue, teacher might be able to suggest ways in which I can put my particular skills and training to use in the working world. My assumption is that I will be well suited to be an Office Manager of a doctor's office or perhaps work in Hospital Administration. As it is just the beginning of the school year, it could be that the current administration just needs some time to evaluate their Career Services section and perhaps update some information to better serve the students.

Academic Experience: As I have just begun my coursework, I cannot speak to the Business classes yet except to say that it appears that the classes I need to comoplete my Bachelor's degree are all in the proper vein of what I need to learn to succeed in my field. Not only is my major Business Administration, but I am taking a concentration in Healthcare Management. In that way, I can marry two of my interests into what I hope will be an interesting career. In this first year, I have several introductory courses that appear to be designed to "bring me up to speed", which I probably can use as I have been out of school for more than 'a couple' years.

Academic Experience: I have only just begun my studies at Argosy, but the interactive aspect of the Academic Experience is well thought out. The online "classroom" is very user-friendly and easy to navigate and to find what you need in order to keep your studies moving along at a good pace. Instructors give the students several different methods of contacting them, so help is available if needed via the teaching staff. The instructor that I had for my first course was very affable and understood where I am at in my life right now. She was very encouraging and through her words, she was able to show how caring she really is. I hope that future instructors will compare to her in a favorable manner.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I am not a typical student, although I do recognize that the definition of "student" has changed dramatically. However, when I entered the information for my FAFSA, it said that I should be able to pay $6,100, which I cannot at this point in my life. The financial aid team very graciously performed a "professional judgment" which allowed me to receive the needed monies to complete my Bachelor degree. I am currently awaiting the disbursement of the Pell Grant and loans to ensure that my schooling will be covered. Once that goes through, I will breathe a little easier, knowing that I am on my way to a better life by completing the schooling needed to get the position I want.

Academic Flexibility: I have been with Argosy for about four years now and had very few issues with them. The classes are great and the teachers respond quickly if you have questions. I would recommend this school to someone looking for an online institution. If you are having issues with the work there are tutors available and usually the teachers will work with you in turning in assignments.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I think the education is worth the money I am spending but I am having issues getting enough financial aide to finish my last year of my bachelor's degree.

5 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: They are on top of it when it comes to finance! they research financial aid and pell grants immediately and provide scholsrship opportunities to ensure you can get the most out of your education.

5 College Senior

Campus Resources: Always updating the systems and they are also mobile and the books are e-books that are granted 3 liscences. Convienent simple and reliable.

5 College Senior

Campus Resources: The school is very efficient in updating to the latest and most proficient resources and tools. The University is excellent in providing optimal sevice in all areas that may assist and guide the student to grow. Lately I have been struggling financially and academically and Both my counselors are honest and work deligently to ensure that 'i will make it to graduation succesfully with integrity and offer exceptional service to reduce any major damage to my financial status. All around student oriented and phenomenal team work

Academic Flexibility: I believe I am not applying myself and I am taking on too much responsibility and lack proper time management. I am a single mother who works part-time and attends college. The standards of the course work can be pretty demanding but that is expected of an online university. My low grade point average is due to my promptness an late submission and points are deducted from my assignments. It is imperative you meet the criteria of attendance and participation is required or there is a possibility of dismissal.

Online Courses: it can get confusing at times and run a bit fast but it's great

3 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: the school is great but I feel it's a little too expensive for online classes

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: the resources here at Argosy is good easily accessible, the online library, the tutors, turnitin

5 College Senior

Academic Experience: The classes are great and the professors are available as needed.

2 College Senior

Career Services: It is totally computer based and not at all user friendly.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: The major is a good one, and Argosy was originally a school of psychology before it picked up other campuses. However, it seems that at times scheduling can get bogged down with extra classes that have to be taken, and the basic ones that everyone takes, with large gaps between each psychology class. It makes it a little difficult to "keep your head in the game" when you only have one psychology-orientated class out of every six or seven of them.

5 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: The amounts for tuition are straightforward. The biggest plus is that you have all of your books in digital format, allowing you to get your books for their lower fee, instead of trying to find the best price, since some of the books required for the classes are well over one hundred dollars. The financial aid office is always handy, and more than willing to answer any questions that you might have, and they always get back to you very quickly if you leave them a message or email them.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: Some of the teachers aren't in good contact with the students. That more differs from teacher to teacher. They recently switched from a 7 week class to a five week class, and it can sometimes feel like the classes are rushed though, without much time between topics with which to catch up if behind and/or soak in the information gained.
