4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: It's very flexible especially if you have to work full time and go to school too

College Junior

Student Body: I don't pay attention to the student body activities much because my classes are off campus

5 College Junior

Academic Experience: My academic experience has been exceptional. The professors, heck...all of the staff seem to take an interest. They pay attention to a student in need of some extra support, and give them the extra time, help, whatever they need to be successful. I have never seen anything like it, very impressive.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: It is quite challenging, but I enjoy it very much. There is a considerable amount of homework, which is understandable, considering what you need to learn and the minimal amount of time to complete it. The faculty at this institution is wonderful, helpful, and always willing to help you in any way they can. I love this place.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: The reason I chose Arapahoe was because it was the only real college, not a trade college, that offers a physical therapy assistant program

5 College Sophomore

Student Body: Have a wonderful variety in student backgrounds as some students are from different countries and range in ages from 16 to 60+.

2 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: You have access to the gym, but it costs extra. Campus aesthetics is bad, the whole exterior is an ugly cement and the interior just looks and feels really old. Library is only two floors but only has enough equipment for one floor so you have a lot of wasted space

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: Students can easily access computers in the library and print papers for. 05 cents or go to any English classroom and use a computer there and print for free. Would have been an A+ but connection speed is slow unless you are on your personal computer or tablet, in that case connection speed is good.

5 College Freshman

Academic Flexibility: It is a great school and easy to get questions answered.

5 College Freshman

Career Services: I have not taken that many classes, but the ones I have are great.

3 College Senior

Campus Resources: The writing center is very helpful. A paper which might otherwise receive a C can transform itself into an A if this resource is utalized. Being open as frequently as it is, opportunity to attend is provided for most all.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The book loans which are offered prior to financial aid distribution is really helpful. It seems class often starts before hand as well, and actually having the required materials is great. However, they do not inform the students up front about the money funding options that they have got, and in order to recieve a great deal of funding offered, the student must be aware of and request it. This, to me, seems curious.

Campus Resources: The Writing Center is a resource which is very beneficial. Helping the ambituious student to further their writing skills, and to hone in on problem areas. It definately helps. There are also lectures given, outside of class, which can be informative in areas of interest which help to further one's career interests. Considering these two options, I would consider them average, for there are not many others offered, or at least made known to students.

3 College Senior

Online Courses: There is a lot more actual work put into an online course. Most of them require at least one weekly essay posting on a specific topic. As well as two responses to the postings of fellow class mates. It is also more difficult to keep on top of due dates. Also, it seems that the in person experience allows for actual face to face discussions, which can be helpful in the retaining of information.

Academic Experience: My experience, thusfar, has shown that the staff is not particularly involved in the lives of students. The staff of whom I am referring would include the financial aid counselors, and academic advisors. They seem as if they don't really care about our issues, and somewhat railroad us through in order to see whatever the issue may be resolved. Even if the resolution may be temporary or not really beneficial to either the student or the school.

College Senior

Career Services: I simply do not know whether they have valuable services or not. Little infomation has been given to me via their effort, and I have not looked into it on my own.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: Computers are require, so they work hard keeping the tech up and running.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: I'm a ece major, and my classes are required to be director qualified.

4 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The staff is available to help and answer any questions you have. I would say that you have to do a lot of the footwork on your own time but if you run into situations that you are unable to answer yourself, the staff is there to help you complete the process.

College Junior

Online Courses: I am a student at the school and do not take any online courses

5 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: It was easy! They were outgoing and very helpful in assisting me in getting the Aid I need.

4 College Senior

Student Body: I am not familiar with anyone person (s) on the student body, however they seem to active in the campus life.

4 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: ACC has just recently introduced Anthropology as a degree, they have not introduced and made available all classes posted on the program schedule as of yet. Limited ANT classes provided.

5 College Junior

Campus Resources: The Vets Club and Flex Labs are great as well as the writing center and speech lab. I used all of these this last semester and it helped me attain a 4.0

5 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: With the remedial mathematics courses and the flex lab, it has helped me prepare for my assignments and tests. I finished my math class with an A.
