2 College Senior

Off-Campus Housing: It's hard to find the house you are looking for with the right amenities and for the right price. The school does not help at all with finding off-campus places, even though they "try".

College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: I haven't really taken the time to research the off campus options because I am an RA and have a free place to live on campus.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: I haven't looked for off-campus housing. Being there, I know that there are a lot of apartments right next to campus. They are mostly older two-story homes in a "historic" homes neighborhood. They are mostly well maintained and are affordable for 3-4 students sharing the rent. Some have their own parking and many have parking on the street. Most students living close to campus will either walk or bike. The neighborhoods close by are safe and well lit. I have not checked with my school to see if they offer any help finding off campus housing. There is alot of availability of off campus housing and the school does have a bulletin board type websit that posts apartments for rent.

5 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: Aquinas is located in East Grand, which is a lovely place to live. The off-campus apartments are not within walking distance but it is only a few minute drive. The houses that surround Aquinas are full of character and are much cheaper than paying room and board on campus. Although, you do have to park along the streets because in most cases you share a driveway.

Off-Campus Housing: I have heard it is extremely easy to get a house off campus. The rent is also way cheaper than living on campus.
