Off-Campus Dining: Boone has so many incredible places to eat. I miss that more than anything. So many local restaurants and really neat types of food. Most places have student discounts, so it's easy to eat for pretty cheap. I love the places on King Street. Melanie's is cute, Macados is the BEST. I worked at Galileo's and loved it. Most of the recipies are made by the owners, who are just wonderful people all around. Anywhere there is good food.

Off-Campus Dining: Whenever I leave ASU, I miss all of the restaurants in our teeny tiny King Street! Wolfies Subs is to die for, Macadoos makes the best deli sandwiches in the world, and Cha Da Thai is by far the KING of asian restaurants (order #63 every time!) There are tons of places to eat, and I suppose since there is such a competition for space, only the very best stay! Super yummy & super close.

Off-Campus Dining: We mostly have chain restaurants, with a few local restaurants sprinkled in the mix.

Off-Campus Dining: There's tons of choices on food. Many places offer student discounts if you show your App card. There's a healthy/organic grocery store.

Off-Campus Dining: There are several great places around town, but if you want even more choices Blowing Rock isn't far to drive. For such a small place, there really are a lot of great places to choose from. Some have been around a long time, and there are always new ones here and there. Many have vegetarian/vegan options, and the ethnic choices are around too.
