4 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: I transferred from a small Community College in upstate New York and I had no trouble transferring all of my credits. There were a couple of classes that I had to appeal for them to count because out there I took two classes instead of one for certain topics. It was a very easy process though and I got everything sorted out fairly quickly so that I did not have to retake the classes.

Overall Experience: This school may not be the best on a resume but really it's not where you go to school, but rather what you take out of the classes you take. I believe that this school has a great alumni network and everyone that works there are willing to help you figure out what the next step in your life should be.

Overall Experience: The courses here are much like a typical Community College except the professors here really seem to care about the students. I have had some easy courses and some hard courses but either way there are multiple opportunities to receive extra help. The Student Center is available for extra help for all students for free as well. It is a likeable school and very easy to navigate. I am very happy to have chosen this school not only because of the general hospitality of the professors and other students, but also because of the relatively cheap cost (compared to a University).

Student Body: Anoka Ramsey has a great set of professors, and interesting classes and groups to be a part of. I was very happy during my time there as a student.

2 College Freshman

Career Services: I am not aware of any post-grad services at my school.

3 College Freshman

Student Body: Mostly at my school we all just come for class and then go home. So I am not exactly sure how everyone is. We do have a diverse student body though. There are all types of people at Anoka Ramsey.

Academic Flexibility: It is nice to be able to pick your schedule and which course offering works best for you and your schedule. You could go to school one day a week, never, or five days a week.

4 College Freshman

Tuition & Financial Aid: I only gave Anoka-Ramsey four stars because the tuition price is low, but I was not able to receive any financial aid because my parents "made too much money" which is absolutely not true.

4 College Freshman

Online Courses: I appreciate the time that my professors take to help me reach my academic goals. It is nice to be able to take classes online, which is flexible, and still be able to have a job.

Campus Resources: If a computer lab is down, they work hard to remedy the situation.
