Online Courses: The online class I took was A&P1, which most people would think I'm crazy for doing. I work full-time at a dentist office, and this was my only choice. I absolutely loved how well the teachers worked with you, and I felt it was truly one-on-one time with my teacher. My lecture and lab teachers were always there to ask questions, even on the weekends. I definitely learned how to not procrastinate and manage my time. I will definitely be taking the rest of my pre-req's online.

Academic Experience: I'm a Visual Arts major, and my classes are very good except this only art class is very difficult. The teacher is very difficult too. I have bad experiences with her.

The workload of the classes are not that much so it pretty good.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I didn't take 4 classes because I have a full time job but I have pay money in because I only took 3 classes.

The experience with financial aid class was so nice. They treated me with respect. Like I was a real person. It felt great.

Academic Flexibility: I know about AC that you transfer credits to another college like the college in Nacogdoches, SFASU. So I am happy about that because it is closer but I still love AC.

The flexibility of the classes are pretty good because you can choose different times for that class.

Career Services: I haven't enjoy the alumni network or career center. However, I know they have on job experience in certain careers you are studying.

Campus Resources: It may be my husband's laptop but, it seems to be issues with their wireless internet. I was only able to get online one since I have been getting on the internet at the library. There is always a issue with their internet. The wireless access isn't good at all.

Campus Resources: I have enjoyed the school resources. The library is where I spend my 2 days out of the week for a couple of hours. My friends are in another art class so I study on the classes I am having the next day.

The other day, the school was having a blood drive. I thought that was good for the school helping save lives by donating blood.

Campus Resources: I enjoyed AC because I known about this school since I was a baby because my dad went to AC so I feel happy to be in college just like my dad and I love the environment at AC.

5 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: My professors were very willing to help outside of class if I took responsibility for my life and respected their time. Inside class we had lecture, hands on training, computerized exams (all perfect prep for what we would face as challenges in obtaining our certification and jobs in the real world.)

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: I have several different degrees that I'm working in and Angelina college is what I youth it would be. It's helpful.

4 College Senior

Student Body: Everyone is there to learn and focus on their degrees.

3 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: It's hard to get it and they don't provide much help.

5 College Senior

Online Courses: It was very easy and makes it more convenient for my work schedule.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I am an elementary education major and have really enjoyed my experience at Angelina College. I have been attending AC since I was a freshman in high school and have never really had an issue with the college itself. The workload have not been overwhelming in any sense, just the usual college stress every now and then. The curriculum has been challenging, yet appropriate. The facilities are older, but they are kept clean and useful. I personally have not looked for an internship or job opportunity on campus, but have had classmates that are currently working there. It seems like there are several options for students to take that work around class schedules.

Online Courses: I have absolutely loved taking my online courses at Angelina College. They have been very useful during my busy semesters to help me get the credits I need while not having a set classroom time. The workload of online classes is about the same as face-to-face classes, but you can do the work on your own time. Professor/student relationships are a little different with online classes. Sometimes, email communication can cause problems. I have run into the problem where on the day of the final, make-up exams were supposed to be posted, yet they weren't. I emailed my professor to inquire about the tests, yet received no response. Other than that, communication and relationships with professors have been great.
