Academic Flexibility: Extremely Flexible – The reason why i choose this school is because of the fast paced programs they have to offer. I was able to transfer all of my previous credits from previous schools which in return is helping me reach my goals faster.

Student Body: Diversity With a Smile – Americare has an extremely diverse enviroment with not just the student body but the proffessors and the administration. Walking into the school regardless of who you are you will always be received with a smile from everyone in the building.

Campus Resources: Brand New Building – The building is only a few years old, so everything is new. There is a virtual library that is also available.

Academic Experience: Programs Excellent – I am in the LPN program at Ambria. Each class and every step needed to get my Degree is mapped out for me, with no surprises.

Student Body: When you walk into the school you see students that are very serious about their career. There are special events, prizes, and parties during holidays. Every member of the staff is there and willing to help you with the smallest details of your career at Ambria College of Nursing(Americare)

Academic Flexibility: Starting New – I am currently trying to figure out the whole transferring of credits and they seem to be rather confused on this concept.

College Junior

Career Services: Starting Now – I am starting the school now and so far, they have been very easy to work with, answering all my questions and trying very hard to help me!

Academic Flexibility: Academic Flexibility – The school offers flexible time for full time and part time students. It helps the students to be able to graduate and have the degree even for part time students. It also offers tutorials for students.

I personally like this kind of set up because I can go to school and work. If I have difficulty in class, I will be able to ask for tutorials.

Online Courses: Online Experience – The only online feature I've used thus far is enrollment into classes. Everything was fine.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition process has been a hassel because in the Information Session I attended before choosing this college, details turned out to be false. very little is paid through government funding which leaves tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket for me.

Academic Flexibility: Length of Program – The beauty of this program is how fast you will complete it. It's a 10 month program that isn't offered anywhere else in my area. The downfall however is the out of pocket costs and the fact that other colleges in my area will not allow me to transfer some credits.

Online Courses: Registration Process – i think its great that they have online registration. however during the registration process, you have to go to different (up to 3 or more) meetings. this make the process very tiring and stress full. i think one orientation is enough. and thanks to the power of internet most questions can be answered online. maybe by chatting with a representative, of by emailing your questions, or by having an orientation video that new students could watch. A frequently asked question tab wouldn't hurt.

Tuition & Financial Aid: the education i am getting is worth the money. the financial aid lifts a huge burden off you. its a big relief that the school offers financial aid. however, i think there are some fees that they can do away with. for example the transcript evaluation fee, also the LPN application fee could be reduced to may be 1/3 of its current price.

Career Services: No Career Center – i am assuming its because its a private school there is little or no concern about helping students after graduation. Also, i don't think there is any alumni network. Hopefully someone would open there eyes to that need.
