Overall Experience: at some point, i regret attending ascc due to how we are limited with the resources provided on island as well as with the scholarship offerings for all students on island, however we still need to improve within the service for the students due to how they lack communication skills within how to communicate with the students instead of having to scream at the students and not have to mistreat the students when having to ask for help.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Somehow, do not offer enough scholarships for the students attending the college.

3 College Senior

Student Body: Somehow ethical with their actions however, they do need improvement towards their actions and behavior towards given promises.

College Junior

Online Courses: There are no online courses for ASCC. However, I am taking online courses for Argosy University and it is great.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: Access to computers and internet is not bad, but it gets crowded in the labs.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: The library is great. I think most of the campus resources are great.

3 College Junior

Facilities: There just needs to be added facilities.

3 College Junior

Career Services: I am currently enrolled at Argosy University. My transfer was not that hard.

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: The registration process was and is still the hardest because of the long lines and waiting to go through the process.

3 College Junior

Student Body: To be honest, I was not that social at ASCC so I rarely see or know about the student body activities.

Academic Flexibility: The one and only hassle I face most semesters is registration. Registration at my school is always a difficulty because hundreds of students are trying to get into classes that have limited seats.

Facilities: The campus life at my school is always great. The students will always make you feel comfortable. That is just how things are at my school. If it is your first time at my school it may be rough, but along the way the people around you will always make you feel comfortable and also give you another reason to come to class everyday.

Campus Resources: Computer labs at my school are always packed with students and most weeks the internet speed is slow or is not working at all. There is absolutely no wireless access at my school and it is most likely we do not need a personal computer or printer. I personally think it is not a problem that the computer labs are always packed because it is a sign that a lot of students at my school are determined enough to do their homework and research.

Career Services: We have only a very few number of career centers at my school but all the counselors and advisers are more than helpful to guide us students towards our goals and dreams.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition I pay to attend this school is somewhat worth it. What I find very unbelievable irritating is how the bookstore sells our texts books three times more than it really costs. Other than that, the financial aid office is doing a great work in handling students our refunds and notifying us students about where our money is going and how it is being spent on education.

Overall Experience: My school has no other reason not to be unique because it is the one and only college institute on the island I live it. But if I were to attend my school for a second time, I would not do so because I want to explore the rest of the world and see what else is out there for me.

College Senior

Online Courses: My school does not offer any online courses. I am not sure why.

Campus Resources: The general campus aesthetics is always and constantly maintained by a wonderful janitorial staff. On the other hand, the athletic center, campus activities and computer labs are not that dependable. Computer labs are always full of students and some weeks, the internet is very slow. I personally was not aware of my school even having an athletic center until I took a p.e class.

Academic Experience: The curriculum at my school is terrible along with the class registration process. Some semesters, students have to wait in the registration line a day ahead of the actual registration day. There are also not many programs associated with my school.

Academic Experience: I am actually majoring in Liberal Arts because my school is a community college and I am definitely aiming to attend a 4-year university. There are not many opportunities in my school with this sort of major.

Student Body: The student body at my school is not an excellent one but also not a boring one either. Coming from a small island where everyone is somewhat familiar with everyone else, there is always a lot of interaction going on with the students every day. We hardly have any school activities because the Student Government Association is not very active, but I have noticed that the student body at my school does not really need an association to hold things together. Also, local students from American Samoa get along very easily with foreign students who attend my school. Although the diversity in my school is not that vast, the local students get along just fine with other students.

Academic Flexibility: I chose this school because it is a lot more cheaper and more closer to home. The campus is small and it is easy to get from one class to another. Instructors are also very easy to contact and are flexible in their hours to help me when I need help.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition is getting too expensive, but it seems like the more you pay all your tuition in all the semesters the more financial aid you will be receiving.

Campus Resources: American Samoa Community College has a lot stored for the future generations of American Samoa. The computer labs are free even the printing of any works. Network reliability and speed are just so amazing. It motivates the students to come to school everyday and gain knowledge.
