Online Courses: I haven't taken an actual online class, but most of the classes that I've taken have been hybrid classes where all of your homework will be online. It will be submitted through online. You can also find your grades and notes that the teacher has. If you ever have a question about something you can always post it in the discussion board and other students/or professor will answer the question. I like it. It keeps us interactive. Organization is better, no more wasting paper or having to spend money on school supplies.

Campus Resources: I find that everything is very accessible. I love the big student center. There's a Starbucks inside, lots of tables, couches, chairs to sit and do homework or study. They also have a Subway and other food services, too many to chose from. The library is very big and nice. It has multiple floors and nice study rooms for tutoring. They have lots of tutoring services. I likes that in my Math 120 class they had two tutors during class to help the teacher with any questions, and they offered tutoring right after class. It was all offered for free! Why not take advantage of that! There's lots of campus activities. There's flyers about them everywhere even in bathroom stalls. Besides of the students that attend the college and make it seem more ghetto than it really is, I enjoy going to school there. I likes the campus and they've worked really well with me there. They even have a CSU Sac State representative on campus that you can talk to about transferring into Sac State, which is my plan.

Career Services: I have not graduated therefore I am unable to respond.

Academic Experience: the art program is a small community. all of the art faculty know each other. the workload varies depending on the professor but it is usual for professors to assign a lot of work. projects are assigned with intent to learn and improve many different skills.

Academic Experience: my professors have all been very informative, genuine and approachable. mostly i've taken general ed so the curriculum is usually very general. class registration is easy as long as you have an early registration date. i've only been on the waist list once. free tutoring is offered in English and math.

Student Body: The student body at my school is very diverse in many ways. Many ethnic people attend this school, myself included. I feel comfortable there. I believe the economic levels are mainly lower-middle class and some but less middle-upper class. It is typical to be a poor college student. It is easy to make friends.

Career Services: The best post-grad service at American River College is its Career Center. Its alumni network is weak and job prospects are thin.

Overall Experience: I would choose my school again because it is close to home, affordable, and good quality.

Facilities: Arc is a very big campus, with over 35 000 students attending. The teachers are great, passionate and attentive to students, however the class spots are limited. Classes fill up very easy and so they assign registration dates to each students. You are lucky when you get an earlier date. The student center is very new and is a hive of activity,a good place of interaction with other students. They have great academic advisers and a lot of different tutoring services to ensure student success.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: The only reason I would maybe attend ARC again is because of the easy classes that I can take for an affordable tuition. Instead of taking my generals at a university and rack up a lot of student loans, going to ARC in the first and second year can cut those loans down.

Academic Experience: The are enough resources and opportunities but it could be better

2 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: Some professors are easy and some aren't, just need to research the best teachers. Class registration is crazy because most of the simple classes are filled quickly.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: Because ARC has several locations, I was able to schedule my classes in Natomas which is closer to my house.

Campus Resources: The campus is spread out okay but its not the best. However, the new student center has some good food and atmosphere even if the center is always crowded.

Campus Resources: It was tricky the first couple of weeks but both my phone and laptop finally connected to arc's wi-fi.

3 College Freshman

Career Services: Not sure, haven't needed them yet
