Tuition & Financial Aid: I have had a few problems with the financial aid department. The main thing is finding out the times I would be recieving my money for school, and knowing how it would work toward my payments for tuition, and everything else.

Academic Experience: I have been with AIU since 2011 and have a 3.87 GPA. I work and have a family. The classes are designed to give you all the help you need. For example there are learning labs, tutors and so many tools available for every class. The instructors respond in a timely fashion and the website is very user friendly.

Student Body: The student body at my shcool is very diverse. They consist of working parents as well as recent high school graduates. Most of them are looking to get an education and be able to handle whatever is going on at home. They are single parents, private business owners and people who just want to succeed in life.

Online Courses: AIU has given me the opportunity to advance my education without sacrificing my family, my free time, or my dreams. I am able to work and go to school on my schedule. All lectures are archived so I can listen and take notes when it's convenient for me. Discussions are engaging and allow me to demonstrate my mastery of the material I am learning, but also to help my fellows if they are struggling. The professors are available quite often and respond to emails and phone calls quickly. The other resources, such as the library and tutoring, are excellent and easy to use at my convenience. Overall, AIU has been the best school for me at this point in my education and I highly recommend this school!

Tuition & Financial Aid: from the other I have checked into, the tution is much less and you get the same education as you would at the higher costing schools. The financial aid process was a little rocky, however it was smooth sailing once we got all the proper papers and doc to the right places.

AIU Online is enjoyed by students that have a variety of diverse schedules, backgrounds, and career goals. The school is a wonderful choice for those that want an accredited college degree but have limited mobility and heavy time constraints. The Instructors here are well prepared, enthusiastic, and eager to broaden the minds of their students. At AIU Online, many peers turn into friends, teachers into mentors, and students into scholars.
