Campus Resources at American Career College - Anaheim: They have many computer labs within three buildings at this Anaheim site. We can print anything we need for our class, pictures, typing tests, reports, etc. They provide us with a lot of web site names to help us with what we are studying. We really don't need our own computer and printer because they are available already.

Campus Resources at American Career College - Anaheim: They do everything they can to get you in there, from the first meeting to reminding by phone call about your orientation day. And they help you with all the paperwork and advising you where to get transcripts.

Tuition & Financial Aid at American Career College - Los Angeles: I feel the tuition and fees will be well worth certification in my career field. Although the whole cost of tuition is not covered by financial aid and loans i'm and dedicated to succeeding so i don't mind the monthly out of pocket fees.

Tuition & Financial Aid at American Career College - Anaheim: Everytime you go in to see the finical aid person you always see someone different. I don't like having to explain myself more then once.

Campus Resources at American Career College - Anaheim: The campus doesn't do much and the library is pretty small

Campus Resources at American Career College - Anaheim: I like the fact the teachers here have actually been in the field. The classes are nice sizes. I like the hands on! I wish we had more time in Lab, not just 50 minutes. Its like you set up everything to put it all away 5 minutes later.

Tuition & Financial Aid at American Career College - Los Angeles: The tuition are costly but its worth it. I trust the people that are giving me the right education. Financial aid helped me alot it covered my tuition which I pay back a few thousands. Bring all the correct papers because if you don't you'll be coming in the financial aid officd up and down.

Academic Experience at American Career College - Los Angeles: My specific major is getting certified as an optician. To me it is very interesting because its straight forward, there are no other classes that are related to optical dispensing. So far my experience in American Career College has not be regretful. Im very proud to be here because not only have I learned alot but this process is also helping me make my future career brighter. In my college they're called externships which allow you to go out into the field you have chosen and get hands on working experience. The way you complete the externship is by doing hours and its a month long if they like you they hire you.

Academic Experience at American Career College - Los Angeles: At American Career College in long beach they offer dental assistance, medical assistance, medical billing/coding, and my choice of academic study which is optical dispensing. The instructors here are excellent. They not only provide us with the right information and make learning more easy , they also give one on one time for those who go to them in need of aid. In the optical dispensing class the work load is steady yet somewhat difficult but can be done with ease if reviewed, studied, and remembered. The classes are fairly small which allows the instructors to interact more with their pupils. The registration process was fast and easy. The administration advisors are willing to go to far lengths in order to enroll students in the college if there are any complications. My opinion of this school is that I like it and its better than a community college even though its costly it is still worth it.

Campus Resources at American Career College - Los Angeles: So far everything has been good. Lots of resources and help

Campus Resources at American Career College - Anaheim: The computer lab on campus has proven to be very helpful when accessing review sites before a test. However, the wireless internet is extremely slow. This makes it difficult to bring in your own laptop or tablet to use for assignments.

Student Body at American Career College - Anaheim: The students in the LVN program are typically parents returning to school or very young students who recently graduated from high school. The younger students tend to have less priorities to worry about other than school. The parents returning for a new career are very busy and have much more on the line. Overall, it seems as though all of the students have come together to help each other. Whether it is to form study groups, or carpooling to save money the students have been very generous.

Academic Experience at American Career College - Los Angeles: I don't know because I start school on the 28th of March

Campus Resources at American Career College - Ontario: There are like fifty computers in the computer lab. That is plenty! Whenever I go in there, I always get a computer with no problem. There are printers in there and you do not have to pay, no matter how many pages you print out. There is internet on those computers. The school also has wifi. The speed is good enough. A computer is needed towards the end of your education but it is included in the tuition and is given fo you when you start needing it. You could get your own computer if you would like and they wont include that cost in your tuition fees.

Student Body at American Career College - Ontario: This school is very diverse. You can be any race, religion, etc. Everyone is very accepting. There are also many guys and girls. There are people with full time jobs, part time and no job. There are people fresh out of high school and there are also older people with families who want a better job. Everyone is very social but everyone also knows that we are there to learn, so the socializing is definitely not a problem.

Tuition & Financial Aid at American Career College - Ontario: The tuition for Surgical technology is $35,000. You definitely get back more than you give with the education. You get hands-on experience with the school's realistic O.R. They have all the instruments you need to know and even do fake surgeries so you are fully prepared and comfortable when you go out on your clinicals and start working as a Surgical technologist. You also get an associate's degree with this program which also makes the tuition worth it. Plus, financial aid helps you apply for financial aid and loans the very first day you sign up, so you have an exact idea of what youre getting into. Great school!

Tuition & Financial Aid at American Career College - Anaheim: The tuition is very much reasonable yet very hard for me to pay off on my own since I did not qualify for financial aid due to my parents bank ruptcy. I like their payment plan but what concerns me is how I'm going to pay once i graduate. Other than that, the tuition is kind of pricey but I understand why.

Campus Resources at American Career College - Anaheim: The computer lab is great! One is located right by my lab room and they provide free printing!

Campus Resources at American Career College - Anaheim: Trade school is unique itself! I think that the staff and the family among the students is definitely different from when I attended Mount San Antonio College! There are no cliques or just certain people who hang out with one another, we all talk to each other and we all get help from each other. I love that there is a specific person whose job is to help the students get a job after we graduate, it gives us security and hope for our future!
