Tuition & Financial Aid: Easy, but Be Prepared – The process was simple, but I will say if you have any questions at all, you need to ask. And when you do have a question, calling is fine, but you may want to actually go to the Enrollment Service Center as it can be a headache to reach who you need to speak with. They do a pretty good job at explaining some things but like any place, they don't tell you everything. I felt as if they expected me to know almost everything I was doing, when I didn't.

Overall Experience: The summer classes are great there are mini semesters and long semester. Any thing you need to fit your life style. Many night classes or day classes. I wish this school would go to a 4 year school. It is also in the top 10% of colleges.

Academic Experience: I have had all great teachers. They are willing to answer any questions or help you after class. Registeration is so easy just a few clicks and you are done. The website is very user friendly it is easy to find what you need. It seems that most work is done in the class room just studying for test on your own.

Academic Experience: Good for Local – This is a great campus. There is help with job placement. Labs for tutoring. Coffee bar and grill. Plent of space to work with a group or private.

Academic Experience: Professors Are Alright – There's only two types of teachers you'll find at ACC. They're either tough and grouchy or really laid back and easy. The professors are alright just don't depend on ratemyprofessor.com. Instead, ask someone from experience who actually goes to the school. Workload isn't tough at all...it's a community college. What I love the most is how the professors are willing to help you out during office hours and how there's free tutoring!

Campus Resources: No Social Scene – The people at my school are all in cliques. When you walk into the student lounge, you'll see baseball jocks in one table, softball girls in the next, anime freaks playing yu-gi-oh cards and computer nerds at the right side of the room. No social scene whatsover. In my opinion, I think the student government association tries too hard.

Student Body: Positive People – There are people of all ethnics. The people at this school are very helpful and positive people. The typical student at my school has a job and also does school on top of that. They are usually older than most people coming right out of high school and are very encouraging.

Academic Flexibility: Monetary Problems at School – I have constantly struggled with money for school, I am on medicare for manic depression and even though I have money to pay for my own books, my parents have to pay my tuition and my money situation is so bad that I take internet classes so I don't have to spend money on gas, getting to school.

Online Courses: Not for Procrastinators – you are expected to do actual work for online classes! But this comes as a shock to people who think online is easy. There is more reading to do. The ease of having an online class instead of physically driving to ACC is great if you cannot commute for any reason. But be able to set apart some time for the online class because there are deadlines in place.

Academic Experience: the courses that I took will help me finish up my Bachelor's degree when I transfer. Majority of the teachers will help you, although some are very busy and cannot. Fortunately the ones that care will help you get through any issue and are available during office hours.

Tuition & Financial Aid: When I started college I thought the financial aid process was very complicated but that was because I did not know how the process worked. But if you fill out the paperwork and get it submitted before the deadlines that are posted you'll get your financial aid on time. The education I receive is worth the money I pay for. I know it's not university level but every teacher is willing to help if you ask.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The Education You Deserve – I have not received any financial aid. The tuition is not that bad.I am getting a great education with great teachers at a school that does not cost an arm and a leg. I'm sure that if I did need financial aid or anyone did they would receive help from the financial aid office. If you need financial aid do not hesitate to ask. The people at ACC are there to help you get the education you deserve.

Overall Experience: Small Quiet School With a Little to Do – ACC is a great place to go to school for someone who just needs the credits and isn't looking for the BIG college experience. Its small and nice. Even if someone wants a little going on, it's still great because the student council puts together a lot of good things around campus.

Online Courses: Time Management – I havent taken any online courses so i wouldnt know what to say bout it , but i do have a friend who taken more than one and shes very smart girl but she confided in me that she had little hard time at first , when she was trying to manage her time. To this day she likes online courses than socialzing in classes.

Campus Resources: Friendly Staff – What's unique about my school is the friendly staff , instructors that will encourage you to try your hardest and reach your potential and not stop their until you have everything you wanted but not to lose yourself in the procces.

Overall Experience: My Instructor – i like my school , from the beggining the staff has been nothing but polite and helpful. The instructors were one of the best i had if i could take ever class they teach i would , if i didnt work so much i would attend to the events they every week.

Career Services: Don't Be Scared to Join in, It's Fun. So far the career center is the best place to be and ask questions about possible jobs in campus and around school. Thanks to Ms. Ferguson (Career services) I now have a job that's helping me with gas and tuition.

Student Body: Getting along with other peers in classrooms/around campus isn't hard at all. Every one has their own thing going on depending on how you stereo-type the group, but if you ask a question, they'll answer politely.

Overall Experience: Not a Great School – I am not happy with this school. It is a fight for finical aid even loans. It feels like it is an uphill battle for anything. Almost like, they are not there to help us! The front desk does not know anything but they want to help you so they give you wrong information. I'm just the point to switching to another school.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: Nice Effort from SGA – ACC's student government does a lot to try to get students involved, like lunch on the patio, giveaways, contests, etc. There's not really a lot of school spirit here, so it's nice to see them try to include everyone.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: Just OK – The school administration staff is really nice, but the students seem a little standoffish. Most of them are either older, or they all went to high school together and don't really have an interest in meeting new people. I transferred here from another community college and the people seem like polar opposites. But, I'm getting the education I need to transfer in the spring, and that is all that really matters.

3 College Sophomore

Student Body: most students come straight from high school to do their basics and head off to Universities. There are a number of working class people some with families.

5 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: Network Is Good – Network is good. the internet is fast and the online courses and grading systems are very rarely ever down. If there is a problem one call will get you an IT person down there pretty quick.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: The resources are great, lots of things go on in the student center, great food and I love our campus bookstore.

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: Taking Basics – My classes are just as expected so far, right now I am just taking the basics but this fall I am going to finally take some classes to go with my major, business. I can't wait because this school is pretty great and I love the professors I've had so far. Looking forward to meeting the rest of the staff.
