4 College Senior

Off-Campus Housing: I know that there are flyers around campus advertising off campus housing. I know there are many options and many people would rather live off campus because of the freedom.

2 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: No one really lives off campus. You're expected to stay there all four (or five) years. There are communities and houses right outside campus, but people already live there. There is this apartment building off-campus, but I don't know of anyone who lives there, it is an option though, but I have not heard good or bad news about the place. That is essentially the only off-campus place the school offers. But there's really no reason to live off campus at Alvernia unless you're just a commuter.

Off-Campus Housing: The choices vary but living off campus is worth it

College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: I have a home off campus

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: I think the off campus house availability is at a premium near my campus. I am a commuter and I live at home but I live about half an hour from the campus. Since the availability is minimum, I think the cost far outweighs the value of the safety available on campus. If you don't live close enough to live at home I think campus housing is a better value.
