Campus Resources: The computer lab are good. Sometimes they get to be very full. The speed and wireless access are awesome never have any problems

Facilities: The college definitely needs some updating and more study space is needed with computers. The bathrooms need more cleaning and supplies are also needed. A coffee shop would be great to have with a nice lounge area. A performing arts room with mirrors would be great as well

Online Courses: Many of the assignments require a lot of interaction with other students and it makes it fun and interesting. It helps you to multi task because an assignment is due on a weekly basis and we help each other throughout the course. You learn how to work with others and understand how to best manage your time.

Academic Experience: Our program of study is very challenging. The instructors are extremely helpful with everything that we study and if we are struggling they never hesitate to help us. It is very hard to keep up with our workload and the standards that we have to uphold are very high. A lot of hard work and dedication is required to succeed in this program.

Academic Experience: The registration process is easy and the staff is very helpful. The curriculum is easy to follow and is very accessible to anyone interested in the program. The workload is tough and very time consuming and the amount of studying feels endless.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Special assistance if you are not eligible for Financial Aid is tough. Tuition is really expensive for the nursing program and I wish there was more help for graduating nursing students.

Student Body: In this nursing program I have made 40 new friends. They are all very hardworking people of whom I know will become great nurses. I truly enjoy my time with my collegues

Overall Experience: I am truly happy with choosing this school to obtain my associate degree in Nursing. All of the instructors have impacted my life tremendously and they are truly great instructors.

Academic Flexibility: This college has been excellent. All of the instructors that I have encountered go above and beyond to help the students. I recommend this college to everyone. My only issue is that its extremely hard to get help if you don't have financial aid. You really have to do your own research and apply for everything yourself. The nursing program is phenomenal and I truly love this program!

Student Body: ACM is a very diverse school. There are students that come from out of town, and even out of state, just to attend ACM. There are plenty of local students as well, so one is bound to find a niche where they would fit into.

Online Courses: I haven't taken any online classes yet, myself, but I had to help my mom with hers. The class was ok, and she learned a lot from it, but the problem with online classes is the fact that one cannot just ask a teacher a question whenever stuck on something. It was hard for her to get in touch with her teacher, and whenever she did, her teacher sounded almost like she was annoyed with the fact that she was calling her.

Overall Experience: The best experience I've had so far has been my clinical hours, which I completed at a local nursing home. I really enjoyed myself, and it just solidified & reassured the fact that I really am doing what I was born to do, which is take care of people. I loved spending time with the elderly, and learning to connect with people on a whole new level. I also loved learning everything from my instructor--Wendy Miller. She was an awesome teacher, and was really thorough with everything. any time I had a question, she would answer it for me, even if it meant she had to go research it herself. Another great moment for me was my graduation. I graduated with Honors and 4.0 GPA! :)

Campus Resources: The Internet is exceptional at ACM. I've never had any problems connecting to the Internet, and the speed has always been great. The computer labs are a bit outdated, but nonethless, they at least work and do what they're supposed to do. The printing is free & I've never had any issues with it. I do believe it is necessary for one to have a personal computer/laptop at home for study and homework purposes. It isn't necessarily something that a student MUST have, but it definitely makes things easier. It is better to work on projects and homework at home, rather than having to go to the library every time the Internet is needed, which is usually on a regular basis.

Academic Experience: As far as my school goes, I do know that there are different groups/clubs and sports that one can attend while going to ACM. When it comes to the workload, it's pretty fair, I think. I had homework almost every time after leaving a class, but it was never anything that took more than a couple hours at the most to complete & it wasn't too hard to do either. The curriculum challenges your intellectual abilities without it having to be challening, if that makes sense. The teachers are very supportive & and truly care about the students' educations & futures.

Academic Experience: I've already described the teachers, workload & curriculum above. The registration process is fairly easy and simple; However, I have recently ran into one issue that I've had, but necessarily with the Registration Office, per say. My issue is with my financial aid, and the fact that I cannot even contact someone about it until the 6th of Janurary, and the dealine on my issue is also the 6th of January, so now I'm not even sure if I'm going to be able to resolve it in time for the upcoming semester, and I've already registered for it and paid my fee, so I'm not too happy about that. As for the study options, I've never had to use them, but I've heard that they're good. They're free and they're pretty effective from what I understand.

Career Services: The one thing that bothers me about my school in particular is the fact that they recently changed the rules with smoking. Students are no longer allowed to smoke on campus, so they walk to the entrance's and stand on the road. I don't even smoke, and I think that this is ridiculous! One, it is not safe, expecially at night, to be standing on the road; Two, it's actually worse for the environment in the longrun because they don't even have ashtrays anymore, so there are literally piles of cigarette butts littering the entry ways coming into the school; and Three, it's just a hassle, and unnecessary. I can understand not wanting people to smoke right outside the doorways to the buildings, but I never saw that anyway. I think they should really change it back to the way it was befefore. I know that I, and most other students who don't even smoke, all think it's ridiculous to make people walk up to the road. They should have just left the little benches and ashtrays that they had out before.

Campus Resources: the resources on campus are excellent. everything you need is on campus. They have a huge library where you can find any information you need. it has various computers for students who need to complete assignment. It is open seven days a week so you can do work on the weekends also. We also have various campus activities that gives students the opportunity to win money and prizes. We also have campus conversations open to the public and deals with problems in the world and how we can make it better
