4 College Freshman

Academics: Not many students in my current program so the competition among peers is at a minimum. Same adviser all four years, and for most of the classes so they really get to know us a people. Wonderful atmosphere to prepare, and work in.

4 College Freshman

Academics: Even though it is a small school the amount of programs offered is growing. The registration, financial aid, and business offices are always there to help the students. Any and all questions students have are always answered. The whole campus is a great place to study, do work, and even be with friends.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: With a limited amount of restaurants it's hard to get a variety of options. With that said the restaurants that are off- campus have a wonderful menu and are easily accessible and have a good atmosphere.

College Freshman

Nightlife: I am not of age to enter any nigh clubs, the bar/club scene.

5 College Freshman

Guys & Girls: Students are from around the US and other countries and mixes well.

5 College Freshman

Weather: Mountain weather and all seasons with lakes, lodges and all seasons throughout the year.

5 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: Small, local town but have family restaurants and food chains. Not overpriced and daily specials at the family owned restaurants. Smokey Ray's has the best ribs in the state.

5 College Freshman

Diversity: Everyone is accepted, diversity is growing and I don't think there is any racial tension or diversity issues. Economic background greatly varies, not sure about political beliefs or religion or sexual orientation.

5 College Freshman

Computers: I have my own, but never hear that a computer is never open to use by any of my friends.

5 College Freshman

Drug Safety: None that I know... its a great learning environment.

5 College Freshman

Overall Experience: Perfect match, student to teacher ratio is average of 15 to 1; academic and athletic programs are top notch and the best kept secret for a small to medium size university.

5 College Freshman

Campus Strictness: No alcohol policy on campus and everything is tolerable and fair across the board.

5 College Freshman

Campus Dining: several different locations to dine and variety of food; you can use flex plans at local, downtown restaurants.

5 College Freshman

Transportation: remote location but every transportation such as airports and buses are 45 minutes from campus.

5 College Freshman

Facilities: Everything you need is at Alderson Broaddus University, "you can do that here" is our motto.

5 College Freshman

Facilities: Great academic programs and a variety, small to medium size and growing every year; we have a Physician Assistant program on campus.

5 College Freshman

Athletics: Division II school with great support, facilities are new including football stadium and more is planned, school spirit and fan support is awesome.

5 College Freshman

Scholarships: Only qualified for minimum federal aid because of family income, but received academic and athletic scholarships.

5 College Freshman

Health & Safety: No crime, security is visible at all times on campus and feel very safe!

5 College Freshman

Campus Housing: New dorms and everything is within walking distance.

3 College Freshman
