3 College Freshman

Campus Strictness: Good with some things bad with others

2 College Freshman

Diversity: They claim to be attempting to improve but the staff is not diverse so they can not relate to minorities.

Overall Experience: I came to this school because the recruiter promised all of these things that were not delivered upon. The college is small and the athletic department is terrible. The coaches are so worried about players transferring that they will not provide appropriate treatments to injuries timely or prepare paperwork to help an athlete in the future. Athletic meetings are scheduled over meal periods as though the athlete does not have to eat and athletics are expected to be more important than academics although they tell the parents a different story. Do not come here.

Greek Life: They try to keep everyone involved, they consider non-greeks

2 College Freshman

Campus Dining: The food is repetitive and always have onions . Need more selections and less onions

3 College Freshman

Campus Strictness: The campus is strict to the point where I feel safe. The public safety gives rides to anywhere on campus. They hold up to their drinking policies. People will get wrote up and fined for having alcoholic drinks in their rooms and if you're drunk on campus.

5 College Junior

Diversity: Albright is very diverse. There are many different ethnicities here such as Saudi Arabian, Egyptian, West Indian, Indian, Chinese, Puerto Rican, Dominican, African-American, etc. The sexual orientation is diverse along with the economic backgrounds, political beliefs, and religion.

Off-Campus Housing: Off campus housing is somewhat pricey. There are about 3 or 4 people that rent one house. Realtors are not as responsible as they should be. The apartments are somewhat close to campus.

Greek Life: Albright's Greeks life does not affect the social atmosphere or the campus greatly. There are few Greek sororities and fraternities that are snobby and jerks. Other than those sororities and fraternities the social atmosphere is very nice. Everyone gets along, it's like one big family.

Campus Housing: Albright's Dormitories are not the finest. The options are first come first serve as upperclassmen. The newer dorms are better but they are smaller than the older dorms. I like the older dormitories better.

Transportation: You have several options to get around. Easy access to bus and shuttles

Off-Campus Dining: Many different options and all are close to campus

Campus Housing: Our dorms seem safe. You need a key to get into the front door and Albright is very strict about letting people you don't know into the buildings. Each dorm has at least 4 RA's. A lead RA and one for each floor that the building has. Also since Albright is small, public safety is literally down the street. All dorms are air conditioned and heated. The WiFi is strong but there are some problems inside the dorms. With free laundry to top it off, Albright's dorms are awesome.

Campus Strictness: During Freshman orientation they make everyone aware that there is no tolerance for academic dishonesty. At the same time drugs are illegal and non of us are old enough to drink so they let us know that we will get in trouble if caught. What I like the most about Albright is that they are realistic to the fact that people will drink anyway, so the tell us how to stay safe and that its always safe to ask for help if its ever needed. They are strict but they care about us which is a nice balance for me.

3 College Freshman

Diversity: Since i come from an extremely diverse high school, I am used to seeing way more diversity than Albright has to offer. But at the same time there is a
lot of diversity. Black, white, Hispanic, and even foreigners come to Albright.

2 College Senior

Athletics: Students rarely ever attend games, and the spirit is not very high. Athletes are separated from other students on campus.

4 College Senior

Campus Housing: The dorms are always clean, and there locations are relatively close to campus. The freshman dorms are a short five minute walk to the farthest academic building.

2 College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: Not strict at all, sometimes people party up until 3-4 AM while we try to sleep. Dorms are noisy.......

5 College Sophomore

Computers: I go to the library all the time and the computers are great, sometime the printer malfunction.

1 College Sophomore

Campus Dining: The food is okay, but they should definitely have more variety. Also the utensil are very unhygienic.

3 College Sophomore

Nightlife: There are countless of parties but usually are boring!!!

5 College Freshman

Academics: Albright is one of the personalized school I have ever heard of. You have the room to explore your major or a variety of majors without being held back from your expected graduation time. The professors give you their all. They really want you to be confident and happy in whatever field you go into so they prepare you with their absolute best.

4 College Freshman

Diversity: There are people from everywhere. And although the school is known for being majority white, many minorities are entering the school. Albright is very accepting community of people and extremely diverse and respectable to people of all types.

3 College Junior

Campus Dining: Although the cafeteria just received a new make over, the food is still very mediocre. The menu options were very unique however the taste of the product is very bland. After freshman year I no longer decided to purchase the meal plan. The food is healthy because I have worked in the kitchen but it lacks that flavor that most people look for in school foods. The Albright cafeteria environment is great with every seating option that a restaurant would have.

3 College Sophomore

Weather: At Albright you experience the four seasons. Living on a mountain, during the winter it tends to snow more and we get quite an amount of rain but classes aren't too far which is okay.
