3 College Junior

Online Courses at Palo Alto College: Although the set up of online courses are simple, easily accessible and the professor/student relationship is more than helpful, you can't be in control of who is in your online course or who you are grouped with. Peer-to-peer interaction was more difficult than it should've been, but that is mainly because of a lack of effort to communicate with one another.

4 College Sophomore

Online Courses at Northwest Vista College: As someone who has taken several online courses with the college, I've found the courses are convenient and not very time consuming as I expected. Some courses were just a weekly assignment with the occasional test and quiz while the other was more interactive with required discussions and assignments.

3 College Freshman

Online Courses at San Antonio College: This is my first time taking an online course and now I realized I was way over my head. Next semester I am just going to take th real class, which I should have done this semester.

4 College Freshman

Online Courses at San Antonio College: I have been taking online classes this year and I feel I have benefited greatly from it. Instructors are good about emailing me back if I have a question. The workload is decent given the fact that I work full time and have a family. I don't really interact with other classmates but I do just fine on my own.

4 College Senior

Online Courses at Northwest Vista College: Online courses are often difficult because students don't realize that online courses take more time than classes taken on campus. In my experiences, the online classes have been easy, convenient, and the instructors are available for assistance whenever it is needed. I am not happy about the use of the program called TurnItIn, but not all online courses require it.
