Campus Dining at St. Philip's College: Not Enough Choice – the food is tasty but the menu lacks variety. the attendants arent as friendly as they could be the foods is overpriced for the amounts that you recieve.

Nightlife at St. Philip's College: the night life is quiet there is really not much going on most people are studying for class, this mostly because a lot of the current students are adults who know how to prioritize the life and enjoy life without causing to much trouble for themselves.

Academic Experience at Northwest Vista College: Excpetional for a Jr College – The professors, for the most part, teach at a university level. They are assistive and available to their students. They could retool the syllabus process. I can see where many first-time students fresh out of high school might get lost in a new concept as having expectations laid out in a calendar format without any point of refernces for the relevance of projects/essays/participation.

Tuition & Financial Aid at Northwest Vista College: Probably the Worst Experience Here – The Financial Aid and Business Office continually point fingers at each other when it comes to where one's responsibility begins and the other's ends. You will be made to wait in one line to interact with the attitude of a social reject/administrator only to find that you are being hurried through your questions, and that you need to ask the Business office. Then, you move to wait in the Business Offie line, where another socially inept administrator is arguing with one of the staff or another student, only to finally be told that Financial Aid should have answered your question. NVC need to clean house of both offices, as well as the Veteran's Center, and put more customer-oriented people in it's employment.

Student Body at Northwest Vista College: Aloof and Impersonal – My school consists of a large population of recent high school graduates. They are not extremely friendly in passing nor is there any real effort to become friend within the classroom. Most are single-minded and self-centered.

Academic Experience at Palo Alto College: Pretty Good – The professors are friendly (although you might find that one professor that is not). Registration is online and if you don't know how to register a college counselor will be more than willing to help. Work is not overloaded if you take three or four classes but if you skip it for a couple of days you will be struggling to catch up and be struggling with work if you have a job.

Academic Experience at Palo Alto College: Good School – I'm a computer engineering major, and the classes aren't that bad. Many of the basics were easy to get A's on (if you actually do the assignments and show up for class). Mostly all the professors help you to the highest grade you can by extending assignment turn-ins and giving lots of extra credit. Many get C's on easy classes because of work issues and simply procrastination, so apply yourself if you want that A.

Academic Experience at Northwest Vista College: Worth the Money – The classes are only filled to twenty-five max and the professor know what they are teaching and teach it well so that the material sinks in in the time provided.

4 College Freshman

Student Body at Northwest Vista College: Diversity at It's Best – I have been to many campuses but none like this that there are so many people with the same common goal, to obtain a better education regardless the cost. The people are by no means the same they are all of different backgrounds and lifestyles, no one is the same.

Career Services at Northwest Vista College: Career Center Potential – IF used correctly the career center in one main buildings it would be potentially useful to a students future both along the lines of academics and looking for work.

Athletics at St. Philip's College: Biased Again – My opinion would be biased once again because I only know of the volleyball and basketball and occasional dodge ball teams. I rate it a C though because I feel like they don't do a very well job about promoting awareness of these activities.

Transportation at St. Philip's College: My opinion on this matter would be somewhat biased. I only know of the bus that makes the trip to the area, but I'm not sure if it actually takes you to the school.

Overall Experience at St. Philip's College: Unless You Have No Choice, Look Elsewhere – St. Philip's has gotten me through my basics at a decent price, but I would recommend other Alamo Colleges. It's an uncomfortable place to be after 5:00PM and many courses are not available. The professor's are reasonable but with enrollment an registration comes difficulty in many situations...for me at least.

Academics at St. Philip's College: Simply Stating, Satisfied. I'm in the Aviation management program at my college, and i have been satisfied with my education thus far. The program have different aspects of covering every single area that compensates with an aircraft. The hands on projects are very educational and very helpful in training us on what we will be working on when we are out on the field. After getting through the Generals, Airframe, and the Powerplant section of the program, teachers will usually notify you of any open internships or job offers that are sent out by companies.

Campus Dining at St. Philip's College: This Is Called Food? Eating at the dinning hall is the worst choice you could make, the food is not filling and it is not very healthy. The food is not presentable, it looks like the food is made in an unwanted way. So the best option is driving down the street to some real authentic, good, healthy food, that is not pricey and worth eating.

4 College Junior

Weather at St. Philip's College: Just Right – Spring time is the best time of the year cause you just get the right amount of wind and the right amount of rain once in a while. summer time is not so bad but when the heat stacks up! well off to a beach we have to go! or jump in a pool! winter time, well it doesn't snow here so the cold is not that bad, its bearable.

2 College Junior

Guys & Girls at St. Philip's College: Need More Girls in the Aviation Feild – There are not much of females in our department in the college, since it is a aviation management course we have less girls roaming around the college compared to other colleges. The girls are OK, its not like they are extremely attractive or really hot or anything, they are way below that level.

5 College Senior

Student Body at Northwest Vista College: Most students are full time students. As an engineering students, I mostly have seen many hardworking students who are willing to put an efforts.

4 College Freshman

Academic Flexibility at Palo Alto College: School Very Convenient – classesat palo alto college is very close to were i live now, they have many flexible classes

5 College Freshman

Overall Experience at Palo Alto College: The Staff at the Va Student Room – I remember the first time i went to asksome questions the staff that were there helped me,to got all my papers, thank to them for all their help.

4 College Freshman

Career Services at Palo Alto College: Excellent Staff – all the counselors at palo alto college are very knowledge, they helpyou en very proffesional way, always try to anwser your questions

4 College Freshman

Student Body at Palo Alto College: when a students at palo alto college have a question or looks like is loost is always somebody ready to help,I said that because it happened to me.

4 College Sophomore

Student Body at Northwest Vista College: Northwest Vista has a diverse body of students. This adds to the positive interactive experience in the classroom.

4 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid at Northwest Vista College: Work Hard for Your Grade – The education I'm getting is well worth the tuition I'm paying. I recieve minimal financial aid assistance, but the school tuition is managable to pay out of pocket. I use installment payment plans to section the money I owe into separate smaller payments.

4 College Sophomore

Online Courses at Northwest Vista College: I normally prefer classroom courses, compared to online courses. I needed a state government course however, which happened to be an online course, and fit in my schedule well. It required a lot more writing of papers, approx 2 papers per week (3-4 pages in length). Additionally, we had to contribute to an online student forum weekly. It seems like there was a lot more writing than a normal classroom course would entail, however it makes sense because our grade had to come from somewhere.
