Campus Resources at San Antonio College: The Resources Are There, You Just Have to Use Them. The athletic center is very nice and equipped. Student Center can get a little crazy during registration but always willing to help. The library is an incredible tool. Since I live kind of far from the campus the e-books available from our campus are great and convenient. Campus events and activities are every where. You just have to look around and you will find them. A great thing about most activities is the amount of time given to charities and helping the community.

Academic Experience at San Antonio College: Great Experience Overall – The academics at San Antonio College are known statewide. Meaning at pretty much any university in Texas has a transfer plan set up to allow for furthering students success. Curriculum, class registration process, workload, study program's are great. The curriculum is attainable if you just try and out time into it. Registration is very easy and is shown to every incoming freshman by the counsellors. Workload never seems to get out of hand even in full time schedules. Time management is key and will always make workloads seem easy and not so overwhelming. San Antonio College has a lot of great study program's to help students every step of the way. Great one on one atmosphere because the class sizes are between 25 and 30.

Academic Experience at San Antonio College: A Great and Econmical Way to Go. At San Antonio College the professor who teaches in the engineering department is also the head of the engineering department at the University of Texas at San Antonio. So to get your associates out of the way and be able to achieve that degree for thousands less is a huge plus. The curriculum is mostly math, science, and engineering courses. Great hands on professors who are willing to help at the drop of a dime. The workload can get intense at times but always manageable if you manage your time well.

Online Courses at Northwest Vista College: Know Your Schedule – If you take online classes, be flexible with your time. When I first took online classes, I wasn't prepared and ended up dropping them. Now that I'm more responsible and working full time, I can work on my skills of time management and follow a schedule of when I need to turn in my work on time!

Academic Experience at San Antonio College: Average Community College Academic Experience – the academic experience here was ok. it was not overly challenging, but not easy by any means. You are assigned your fair share of homework, however tutoring and all the tools you need are made readily available, which is very nice.

Overall Experience at San Antonio College: Typical Community College Experience – My experience at SAC was not anything to go crazy over. It was nothing similar to living on campus at a major university. The classes were nice and small, the campus isn't overly huge. The parking is bad just like most colleges and universities. Its a decent education at a decent price.

Campus Resources at Palo Alto College: Love My School – My school has many organizations and clubs that involve the students. They also have tutoring sessions with teachers that help you. They have a scholarship center and a welcome center that helps you with anything you need. They also have a center where teens can talk about relationships or anything else! There is also a club for animals! They have sports and an olympic pool! We don't have a football or softball team but we have everything else.

Student Body at Palo Alto College: Most students come to class, are quiet and learn. Most of the students are white, hispanic or african american. Everyone so far has been friendly and I have never felt weird. They also have security through out the campus but it seems really safe. A lot of people are helpful when you ask questions and it's very different from the high school scene.
