Campus Resources at Northwest Vista College: I like the fact thta we have a community here that is eco friendly and doesn't waste space around here. Not many trees were tampered with in the making of this facility. And also there is a lake that is pretty dirty but only because it is natural. It is nontheless an amazing view. Not many schools are eco friendly and I like that about vista.

Student Body at Northwest Vista College: There is a wide range of diverse cultures and ethnic people here at vista. I believe all colleges are somewhat like this. The average student here is one that focuses on their work for the most part. You really cant generalize a whole campus of people who are all different. About the only thing that people do have a lot of is jobs, where they have to juggle school with their work.

Online Courses at Northwest Vista College: The tests are horrific online. I can't stand not knowing exactly what I need to study or having a proffesor at me leisure so that if any questions arrise I can have someone there to assist me. It is a little difficult also to manage my time around my full course load I am already taking. It seems like after i finish my homework from regular classes I always have more from my online class. I honestly don't like online classes in general, and i only get bad reviews from online classes from everyone I ask.

Academic Experience at Northwest Vista College: The professors at Northwest Vista are very nice people. I have not met a professor that would just leave their students to fail the class. Granted they can't take too much time to help everyone, there is also labs where you can be tutored by other students, and even work as a group in the lab. The only way to fail a course seems to be if you neglect to use the resources the school provides you.

Academic Experience at Northwest Vista College: Some of the core classes are boring to take, but they aren't difficult at all. I'm a music technology major, and so far I've enjoyed the music classes very much. They have excellent professors in the music department, and they are very happy to help you. I took fencing for the credit, and the class is very, very fun. Most classes are very interesting and fun to take, but if you're not into a certain subject, of course you will not enjoy the class. As a music technology major, I have to take digital sound classes, which I have not taken yet, and the class seems very fun. I'm excited to go back and take even more music classes.

Academic Flexibility at San Antonio College: always different class times available as well as weeknds

Overall Experience at San Antonio College: The school is ok as a community college; not the best, but for the price it's good.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility at Palo Alto College: This school overs a variety of classes at different times which is very helpful considering I have to work a part time job as well as attending college full time.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience at Palo Alto College: I like Palo Alto and I feel I am learning a lot. For a community college it does well and has a lot more resources than I expected it to have.

3 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid at Palo Alto College: The schools financial aid process can be annoying. It takes forever for the application to process and even longer for the school just to tell you that you cannot recieve financial aid. The tuition is decent I feel that I get what I pay for.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources at Palo Alto College: The science tutoring programs and the professors are exceptional! The professors are always willing to go over and beyond to help students achieve the grade we strive for.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources at Palo Alto College: The computer network at school is pretty good. There could be a few more computers around but overall it is decent. I do have some trouble connecting to the wifi network though. The printing situation could be better as there is only one place to print and you have to go buy a card to pay for printing. It is sort of an inconvinience but overall it is decent.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources at Palo Alto College: The Facilities on campus are decent. The library is very nice but could use some more computers. The bookstore is decent with faculty very willing to help and the tutoring services are excellent. There is a gym that is not to bad. The pool is very nice but the weight area could be a bit bigger. There is plenty of places for students to sit and wait for their next classes and the school provides a good environment.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience at Northwest Vista College: From 3d animation to video game design and concept art. This school is a dream for people that want to work with video games. The professors have experience in the field and are always looking into conventions and events to attend for social networking. It's awesome!

3 College Junior

Online Courses at Northwest Vista College: I am dyslexic and taking a computer programming class made it a little bit easier for me to learn everything since all of the files are in PDF format. I got a C+ in the class and couldn't of been happier. I am an artist, I can draw you the world, but when it comes to coding and math..it takes me twice as long. The fact that the class was online helped me out a lot.

Campus Resources at San Antonio College: My campus provides help for everything, from writing clinics to math labs.

5 College Senior

Academic Experience at San Antonio College: Before going to this college, I went to a traditional university and I felt like I was just a number, the professor didn't even know my name. While at San Antonio college I felt they actually cared about my grade and education.

College Junior

Guys & Girls at St. Philip's College: I find it hard to relate to many of the students fashion at my school. Primarily being that I'm white and the majority of the students are African American.

5 College Junior

Computers at St. Philip's College: All computers are always up to date run smoothly and properly and their availability is wide.

3 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid at San Antonio College: I am satisfied with the quality of education I'm receiving for the costs. The professors here are as professional as they are in more expensive four year universities.

2 College Junior

Transportation at St. Philip's College: I live on the opposite side of town with my brother and it is not economically sensible for me to drive my vehicle to school everyday so i bought a student semester bus pass, while this does save me a ton of money on gas I have to board an 8:00am buss to be at school before 11:00am.
This bus service is provided by the via bus program.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience at Palo Alto College: I can not elaborate on this subject too much because i have been undecided for quite sometime and just recently have i put interest in a major.
I do have to say is when you begin a degree plan more windows open up and makes the experience simpler and friendlier.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience at Palo Alto College: I would like for the professors to be more active with their students, some of the professors are but not all. I also would like the management system at the campus to be more aware of what is going on with their students just check in on them every so often and not leave them be. More information of available financial aid, i had to dig through trenches to get some of the information i have gotten. Other than those issues, i really do not have a problem with the college, it is affordable and sometimes convenient for me.

5 College Sophomore

Student Body at San Antonio College: My school is very diverse, it is the biggest community college in san antonio. And we get a lot of different students. Students from right out of highschool to students who have been out of school for 10 years. The level of acceptance is there really isnt any level, everyone there is very respectful and respect each others value and are all pretty friendly in general.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources at San Antonio College: The computer network is okay, i personally have not had any problems yet. But i do hear that sometimes it has crashes because so many people are on it at once, which is understandable. Everything at the school is pretty reliable, i havent had any problems yet, but others may.
