Academic Experience at San Antonio College: I am an architecture, and I've realized there are not that many at Sac. Most people here are biologists and pre med. So, it's a little difficult to relate to someone that is majoring in the same thing I am. But my classes are great. My favorite is history and next spring I will be taking an Architecture History class. The work is tough sometimes, but I know it is for my benefit.

Athletics at St. Philip's College: A+ because the athletics students here are terrific.

Off-Campus Dining at St. Philip's College: A B+ is a good passing grade where it can still get you in a college and you can dream the dreams you've always wanted to dream of.

Diversity at St. Philip's College: A, A+ is a grade that will get you to a college that will give you a life that you love and cherish.

Majors at St. Philip's College: At this point in time, I have not had the opportunity to complete an internship and am not able to provide much information.

Scholarships at St. Philip's College: From the very beginning of my college financial aid experience, I have had nothing but pleasant visits and most of the time they have been quite informative and helpful.

Majors at St. Philip's College: What it is that I like about the Culinary program is that you are able to go into any field that you feel that you would do well in or a field that you would like to do well in and make as your career. You are taught all aspects of the field and will not be allowed to fail yourself if you don't want to fail.

Academics at St. Philip's College: The different academic programs that are offered at SPC are beyond all my expectations. I felt that it was and is a well rounded school and will be able to provide me with all that I need to succeed in the near future. With tutoring that is available in all subjects, no one has ever run a risk of failing unless they've let themselves down.

Facilities at St. Philip's College: The student life center on campus is a place where we sit and study as though it were a "home" atmosphere with all the "home" noises. It serves it's purpose and does cause the students to feel comfortable.

Academics at St. Philip's College: I have this grade in both of my majors of Restaurant and Hotel Management and am consistently working at maintaining that average.

Facilities at St. Philip's College: I have a triple major and have been able to maintain a steady "B" in all majors.

Campus Resources at Northwest Vista College: I feel there isn’t just ONE thing you can share with new NVC students. For one, I am very privileged to be able to start my college education with Northwest Vista because the professors that I have, I feel, are just some of the many excellent minds that this campus has hired to teach us. There are so many opportunities for success that Vista offers such as honor societies like Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, which I’m currently a member, and the National Society of Leadership and Success, etc. Vista also has many events going on it seems almost every week which I think is an awesome way to get students involved with their campus! This campus ensures that students have opportunities to interact with one another which I think is really important

Tuition & Financial Aid at Northwest Vista College: As I mentioned in my last response the tuition at Vista is very affordable for even anyone with limited spending ability. The education students receive is well-worth their money because they have a fantastic staff of educators that are knowledgable in the courses that they teach and they
ensure their students are well informed. Financial aid makes sure to notify you when upcoming payments are due and they make sure students are aware of the forms necessary in a timely-manner.

Career Services at Northwest Vista College: As a new student at Vista I made sure that I paid a visit to the Career and Transfer Services center to see what was available even to new students, and I was a bit disappointed to find that all I got for help was a site they directed me to that would determine what careers best matched my personality. Although this was some help, I would have preferred more help from the people themselves in telling me about my possible career choices.

Academic Flexibility at Northwest Vista College: I am very pleased with the curriculum and the academic flexibility at Northwest Vista. To begin with, I had taken a couple dual-credit classes at my high school that ended up transferring as college credit over at Vista and because of that I decided to continue my education at Vista. My classes ended up being a perfect fit for my busy work schedule, and being able to have the ability to pick the specific times you wanted to attend courses is a definite plus not only for me, but for any college-ready student. In addition the curriculum itself challeges you but allows many opportunities for extra credit.

Tuition & Financial Aid at Northwest Vista College: Considering I had a few errors in my FAFSA Application the speed was amazing! The staff here is the most helpful compared to admissions, even with my complicated situation with FSA. I feel that for what I'm paying, I'm getting my moneys worth if not a little more. I must praise the value I get for tuition, the campus is nice and teachers for the most part help you to reach your goal while attending.

Academic Experience at Northwest Vista College: For an education major I'm going for I find the teachers very helpful in this area. The work is fun, they work hand in hand with J.A. which has help me start student teaching. The workload is never too much and more fun than any of my other classes so never stress about the work given here. The elective are pretty varied and there are some fun classes to take, the only problem is here is where you find the smallest classes, just a pet peeve but I like a lot of students in the classroom.

Academic Experience at Northwest Vista College: I would like it more if the teachers made it a bit more challenging for the students. Sometimes it feels like they're doing me a favor more than anything, which isn't how a teacher should make you feel. Although compared to administrations, I have no complaints. A lot of the staff that are not teachers and work behind desk act like they do not care at all that I want to attend or am attending this college, which can feel discouraging. The website is great, I can easily access anything from my ACES account. Taking quiz's online has always been easy and error free, have never had a problem thankfully.

Tuition & Financial Aid at Northwest Vista College: I believe that the education I am getting is WELL WORTH IT! Without a doubt, today as I am writting this, I just finished my mid term grade and my English teacher told me that "I am the best student of the entire semester!" I could not be any happier, as I am extremely dedicated into what I do and I do not accept anything poor than 4.0 on my GPA. I am very fortunate to have received Financial Aid which helped me tremendously. In general, comparing to other Universities tuition, NVC is affordable and if a person is really interested into studying anyone can do it without any excuses. Coming from a third world country "Brazil" I could not be anymore grateful for all the opportunity this country have gave to me.

Online Courses at Northwest Vista College: Online courses are great! We don't have to wait for professors to be telling us what to do; and we can manage our time better cutting short on driving and time on the road.

Online Courses at Northwest Vista College: I've never taken any online courses at Vista but I have heard that the online classes are a breeze and very fun filled. Some people have actually made me thing about taking online courses.

Career Services at Northwest Vista College: The career services helped me so much with trying to figure out my career path. I was undecided on a major as well as my career but the career services helped me figure out everything. I haven't even graduated yet but I already know for a fact what I want to have as a career. The career services is a very useful tool at Vista and I recommend that every single student who is having a hard time figuring out what they want to do, to visit the CATS center.

Tuition & Financial Aid at Northwest Vista College: The education that I am getting is worth the money. At first I felt as if the prices were way too high, but compared to an actual University, they are not high at all. It's well worth it. I'm taking six classes right now so I am definitely getting my money's worth. My professors are awesome and they all take their job seriously. They are great professors who all know what they are talking about and I can tell they enjoy their job. Financial aid is what I used to get and the process was very easy. I no longer get financial aid but I wish I did. Even though I don't, all the money processes at Vista are great. No time is wasted and the people at the offices work quickly but very precisely.

Academic Experience at San Antonio College: Teachers really seem to care for your success, and they do not cater to student who do not do the work, i like that. I am a single mom of two, full time employed and go to school I want that those who do the work get the grade and that there is no preference for student and the teachers here seem to be doing that. I have simply grown so much with my Eng 67 and Eng teachers it is amazing, Daugherty y&Pedroja they have sat down with me and have gotten to know me. They also take the time after class to help students who need help, all students// thank you
