Nightlife at St. Philip's College: Not Really applicable, for as long as I've been there have never been any Nightlife Events, except for prom but I've never attended.

Facilities at St. Philip's College: Great facilities are offered, most of them are all new.

Majors at St. Philip's College: I am in the Tourism, Hospitality, and Culinary Arts department at St. Philip's College. From what I've seen in this department, everyone is dedicated to their majors in this department. We have a good time cooking for clientele no matter how challenging it is. Some unique aspects of the culinary major at SPC is that we participate in some local San Antonio events such as the Cowboy Breakfast, the Thanksgiving Turkey Cook-Off at Central Market, among others. We also have an extensive connection of career and internship opportunities at high standard hotels and restaurants along with scholarship choices.

Academic Flexibility at San Antonio College: The classes at San Antonio college are perfect for me , they were very flexible I was surprised at how well they all matched up together. I have a lot of time for other work because of this. The environment is also great the teachers there are very sociable which is good and they help out a lot. I am happy I chose to go to this college

Tuition & Financial Aid at San Antonio College: Incredibly easy process, there can be some very long lines at the office when dropping off your necessary paperwork but the alamo cash card system is great!

4 College Freshman

Online Courses at San Antonio College: I was nervous but my online classes were very easy to use and i feel like i really absorbed the material. The only downside is the lake of personal engagement.

2 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility at San Antonio College: I'm still a senior in high school and I'm also taking courses in community college. The classes are easy, but it can be difficult to remain focus when you're living two lives, which is why I chose this grade. NEVER MULTITASK if you have the option not to!

Tuition & Financial Aid at Northwest Vista College: They were able to process my financial aid money, however it took a while. They provide you with an "Alamo Cash Card" which allows you to cover some out-of-school expenses when you're in a fix.

3 College Freshman

Academic Flexibility at Northwest Vista College: Classes are very flexible. I have not had any experience in transferring credit hours as of yet.

Career Services at Northwest Vista College: Northwest Vista is one of the best campuses in San Antonio. The teachers are great, however the staff could be a little more informal. The Alamo College website is very helpful to students and such.

Weather at St. Philip's College: San Antonio weather is great most of the time. In the summer, it can get very hot but all buildings have air conditioning. In the winter, weather can be unpredictable. One could need a jacket and scarf for an early morning class and by the afternoon shorts will be need. Always check weather reports in the morning or the previous day.

Campus Dining at St. Philip's College: The food always smells delicious and there are plenty of food choices. Prices for certain items are a little high but there is a balance. Vending machines in the hall accept popular debit and credit cards which is very useful.

3 College Sophomore

Transportation at St. Philip's College: There is no special transportation for St. Philip's College students. However, students do get a discount on San Antonio's public transportation.

2 College Junior

Diversity at St. Philip's College: Different people all over the campus. Ill be blunt, there are a lot of hispanics and mexicans at a predominantly and historically known for being a black school. Its not bad,how ever the hispanics act like they dont go to a black school, and the black crowd can be...ignorant. I stick to my strengths and stray away from the pack.

Facilities at St. Philip's College: A typical day on campus is like a day at school. You see old faces and run into people. Events away aspire one to find themselves. So you meet a lot of people. However the campus has not been the same. With the coming and going of instructors leaves certain events to not even come to pass. so some things could be a little better. At the end of the day, i would not ask for more.

Academic Flexibility at Palo Alto College: The professors that I have had at this school have been extremely helpful. The majority of them areole than happy to help you in any way they can. They make sure that you are aware an have understood the lecture. The classes I have been able to take are on campus and online! Which is great due to my crazy schedule.

Tuition & Financial Aid at Palo Alto College: Some of their employees can either be really helpful or extremely rude. I have personally had to take time time out of my day and sort things on my financial aid account that should not have been a problem to begin with. The amount paid for my tuition is acceptable. I believe my learning experience is 40% professor and 60% student. If your professor is a great instructed and you are a hard working student then learning should be well worth it. I do receive financial aid which helps with my expenses.

5 College Junior

Facilities at St. Philip's College: The campus facilities are great exspeciallly the library and the student centers they provide alot of resources for students.

5 College Junior

Academics at St. Philip's College: It's hard going for sociology it's a very heavy work load and a lot of hours.

5 College Junior

Academics at St. Philip's College: It's great when it comes to academics I learn alot from my teachers they offer great hours of when they can work with you one on one.

4 College Junior

Parking at St. Philip's College: It's a conveniece when parking on the campus but spots do fill up very quickly.

Campus Resources at Palo Alto College: Community Oriented! My school isn't as big as other Community Colleges in San Antonio but Palo Alto does do whatever they can to help the community. There are different clubs that have food drives or others that go and volunteer at shelters and that's another reason why I enjoy attending P.A.C.

4 Recent Alumnus

Campus Resources at Palo Alto College: There are a lot of resources available for students and the facilities are nice.

3 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid at San Antonio College: For me it was fairly easy, I was very confused and nervous about the Financial Aid process as I didn't know anything about how I was supposed to receive the money. But all I had to do was select my classes and the remaining money was to be sent to me on a card.

4 College Junior

Online Courses at San Antonio College: I was nervous at first because I did not know what to expect, but after the first day it is easy to find your way around. It's more convenient and easy to submit assignments. I feels weird not knowing who your teacher and peers are, but if you need help you can set up appointments and meetings to meet them and work together. I like the discussion board where you can get help; ask a question and whoever sees it might be able to help you.
