Academic Experience: I am a Medical Assisting major and we are our own set of people, I see the same class mates and teachers everyday. I will start my externship next year and I am ecstatic about getting out in the work force and showing my skills.

Academic Experience: There is a great array of choices for majors and different choices for a schedule that works with you life and needs.

Overall Experience: I would love to go to school here again the faculty and students are the best community that could be achieved in a school for me. I have had teachers take a real interest in me and my life. I am no longer just a number that passes through a class room I am a human being that they care about our success and ability.

Online Courses: Some of the professors have a great interest in what they teach and they love sharing their knowledge with students and there are others that could care less they are just there to put in there time.

2 College Senior

Campus Resources: the wifi in some of the building is unreliable and spotty.

3 College Senior

Campus Resources: They do many different activities that involve the students and the library is a very resourceful place.

4 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: I was very impressed with how much knowledge and information the school had for me when I first arrived there as a new student. I have also had some family issues that prevented me from doing some of my school work and the teachers worked very well with my personal issues.

Career Services: I have never personally used the Career Services at the school.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I do not currently receive financial aid. From what I have heard it is a very easy process

Student Body: The student body at Aims Community College is one of acceptance and diversity. We have students from all over the world and the United States. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help you with what ever questions or concerns you may have.

Student Body: The students that I have met are from diverse generations and backgrounds. They represent the full gamut of our species. I have seen a gentleman as old as 70-something, with a walker, using the computer lab. I have also email chatted with a barely 20 girl who doesn't seem to know what to do with life. I have seen many different nationalities, and it is fun to get to know more about their different cultures. Every person I have interacted with, including the students and the staff have been outgoing and open.

Overall Experience: My experience at Aims Community College has been pleasant, so far. I am taking all of my classes online, and I have had no problems. All the information I need for registration, completing class curriculum, following my grades and more is readily available at my fingertips. It is easy to communicate with the teacher and other students. The workload is just right for someone, like me, who is working full-time.

Career Services: I have not had a chance to use any of the post-grad services, yet. I have only been enrolled at Aims Community College for one semester. Many years ago I received an associates degree from Aims in Computer Sciences and general studies before I transferred to Colorado State University. Transferring the credits was easy, and returning to Aims again after many years was also easy. I would recommend to anyone to attend Aims to attain further training in their career field or brush up on what they have forgotten to get ahead in an ever changing world.

Online Courses: I have taken a couple of online courses and I have nothing bad to say about them. The teachers always responded through email very quickly and thoroughly. Also, the content was not to difficult to understand. The directions were written very well.

Campus Resources: Aims has a large computer lab and the printing is very reliable. However, the network can seem slow at times or hard to connect to. That is why I prefer to use their computers on campus.

Academic Experience: I have not yet had a bad professor at Aims. There is a great variety of classes including a new one which I am going to take next semester which is the Sci-Fi course. The registration process was very easy and timeless. It takes me very little time to re-register for more courses. The workload can be challenging but never too much for my own good. Also, there is a great tutoring center which I do spend a lot of time at. Finally, I have been inducted into Phi-Theta-Kappa and Sigma Delta Kappa which my college supports.

Campus Resources: I love Aims Community College because the teachers there really want to help students and the class rooms are very small so students can get one on one time with the teachers. Also they an tutoring service that is very helpful and always there for you.

5 College Junior

Campus Resources: Every student in my class has a labtop to use. Also at the student center there are computers to use for studying or doing homework.

Campus Resources: There's a free gym to students and lots of extra curricular oppurtunities.

5 College Senior

Campus Resources: I really like all that Aims has to offer. The gym is nice with a decent amount of work out equipment and a really nice basketball court. The library is great and there are a lot of staff there willing to help everyone out. I also like the campus activities, it's just a community college but there are so many ways to get involved.
