5 College Sophomore

Student Body: It is great has a lot of nice people reprinting our school

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: The computer labs are open until 10pm which is very helpful to me. The speed of the net is great and there are personal computers and printers availiable here at Aims.

5 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: I love the school because it helps you in all places needed to be helped in.

2 College Junior

Career Services: No Experience – I haven't had must experience with the career services at Aims I did most of that at job service. I did talk to one instructor here who teaches carreer assestments and sounds very interesting . He said financial aid doesn't pay for it. I would half to pay for it out of my own pocket to take the class

3 College Junior

Online Courses: Social Interaction – This was the first time taking a hybred class half on line and half in set, haven't taken a full online course yet. For me i like the class room setting and hands and face to face contact with students and teacher

5 College Student

Tuition & Financial Aid: Tuition Is Cheap for the Caring You Get. The Greeley campus has been great for me. Having gone to (and flunked out of) a big school it's nice to be somewhere that everybody is on the same team.

Overall Experience: Bad Smell, Good Education. The Greeley campus often smells like Greeley. That being said, the professors and teachers are really helpful, genuinely concerned with your well being and generally awesome to study under.

Campus Resources: Student Help Line – Aims offers the most wonderful resources to help students succeed. They have a library, testing center, tutoring center, student commons area. Aims is loaded with student activities which branch out to all their campuses so no one is left out. There are computers everywhere so if a student needs something it is always at their disposal.

5 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: As I started attending Aims Community College, the advisors, instructors, and facuilty have been the most amazing and helpful people. I never have to wait long for an appointment, and they offer any resource I can imagine. All this just to help me succeed.

1 College Sophomore

Online Courses: not much help from anyone on your own and not much help from professors

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: good professors for the most part and easy to understand

3 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: They are doing a fair job when you first enter into college it is confusing and they are not much help but one must inquire also but after that there is more help

5 College Junior

Student Body: many different ethnicities attend my school and there are a wide range of majors. A lot of students are focusing on general education courses to figure out what they would like to pursue. Most students attend college functions and I believe there is a lot of bonding between students.

2 College Junior

Career Services: Not So Helpful – When students move on,the school tends to forget them, or stops helping them, because they are no longer their problem

4 College Freshman

Academic Flexibility: Transferring in? Not a Problem – I transferred here because they offered the program I wanted. It was fairly easy to transfer in, they told you what you needed to transfer and got back to you as soon as possible. Class sizes are good and there is a wide variety of courses available.

3 College Freshman

Tuition & Financial Aid: Worth It, but Not Known – For the amount of money I am paying, I feel like it is worth it for my education. I just wish the fees would be better known and the financial aid papers would be easier to find.

3 College Junior

Student Body: Wide Range of Students – I love how Aims has a wide range of diversity. You can learn so much being in class with other students that come from a different culture than you are. We have many different types of student and all different ages. This makes me feel more comfortable being a older student.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I am recieving very well education and I like the different types of learning we are offered. I do have a little grudge with the processes of getting financial aid. I was attending school eleven years ago when I was pregnant. I ended up getting sick and had to withdraw from one of my classes during that semester. I decided to continue my education and had to go through a tough time getting financial aid because of what happened 11 years ago. I do not think they should have been necessory.

4 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: The education I'm getting is well worth the money I'm paying. Very affordable and in my hometown which is close to my home. I got a good package for financial aid which helps.I know my degree it will be worth my while to make better money in my career with a degree.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: Doing Things for Students All the Time – The Student Life has a wonderful program this year for students to participate in. All kinds of student FOCUS programs relating to all kinds of subjects.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I love my school. I love meeting and working with all the friendly people at Aims Community College. Everyone has a smile on their face and are willing to help you even if they don't the answer they will get someone who can answer your questions. Very helpful!

4 Recent Alumnus

Campus Resources: Campus Activities – The student center is amazing, it is brand new and there is all of the resources that one would need in one building. Although the student center is great the library is small and the tutoring help has been cut in previous years.

5 Recent Alumnus

Academic Flexibility: Very Nice – When I go to schedule for classes I enjoy it because it is all online and I can change my classes whenever I need to. Not only can i enroll in classes online by my self but I can also meet with my adviser and get her help. I can choose classes that work with my schedule and that I also enjoy.

5 Recent Alumnus

Overall Experience: The Help – There is several options for different help all the time on campus. Wither it is for help with writing, drug and alcohol awareness, financial aid, or just fun this campus has it all.

3 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: Working with the financial aid department my first year was a complete hassle, but they have since changed how students communicate with the department now. I have found it a lot easier to work with them now.
