4 College Senior

Student Body: My school tries really hard to get everyone involved and to have everyone come together. We strive on working together.

Online Courses: I have yet to take an online course at Aib, but plan to do so in the future. From what i have heard varies. Some students enjoy online classes because it gives them the oppurtunity to get there work done whenever they have time. Others say that its much harder to learn since your not infront of a teacher.

Academic Experience: A lot of opportunites for a lot of majors to be in

Campus Resources: Athletics are really good and a lot of oppertunities

Campus Resources: AIB has a lot of programs to be an and pariticipate

Campus Resources: There are a lot of computers available to use and the network is always good and almost never having problems.

Student Body: Stuck up and Cliquey – The students at AIB are all very stuck up. This school is not a cheap school and you can tell which groups of students have money and they definitely show it off. Also there seem to be a lot of students from the same areas that hang out with each other. Basically if you don't know someone here when you start it can be harder to find people to fit in with.

Academic Flexibility: Good Not Great – AIB works with students to help them get the class schedule they need to work with their work schedules. The reason I am giving them a B is because some classes are only offered once a year so if you miss the class you will have to wait a whole year to take it so you can graduate. Be careful when making changes to your class schedule and always ask which classes are offered all the time and which ones aren't.

Campus Resources: Good Resources on Campus – The campus offers some great resources such as job placement and counceling services.

3 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: Not Aimed at Non-Traditional Students – Although this school has a great reputation, it is geared more towards students straight out of high school.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: Network Has Few Issues – If there is an issue with the school's network, the IT staff are always quick to resolve the problem.

Campus Resources: Facilities Are Very Nice – Our facilities are very well maintained. We just got a brand new fitness center and the gym is only a couple of years old. Students can lounge in many different areas including the library, diner or the dorm building lounge. It is a very nice/student friendly campus.

Student Body: Most Students Work – AIB is a small private college which is not the cheapest to go to. Most students work at least one job to afford the college. It is mostly white people who go here but there are a few different races enrolled.

3 College Sophomore

Career Services: The school has teamed up with many employers in the area and have multiple carear fairs per year.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I feel that I am getting my moneys worth from the school. I think most of the instructors use real life application to the material and do a good job guiding student through it. I would like to have a few more scholarships offered at the school.

Academic Flexibility: Experience at AIB So Far – I am into my 3rd term at AIB. So far, I have had an overall pleasureable experience. I didn't give the college a better grade because the housing department is not the greatest. Also, some professors need to be more willing to help their student than they are at the moment. The course material, will definitely help me improve my education and further my career in accounting. Only thing I wish was different is that they need to seperate the estimated book costs by major (since there are only 3 majors) because I was expecting to pay around $400 each term on books and have spent over that (normally $600-$800) each term on books. I would have liked to know that I would be paying around that range before I had started my college experience at AIB.

Student Body: Good mix of students. Gives classrooms unique perspevtives

5 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: Facilities are newer or brand new. Older buildings are very well maintained and still look very new. Everything is clean and manicured

5 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: Small classes. Teachers relate material to real life. Appropriate workload for credit hours. Very nice facilities. Fantastic job placement

4 College Junior

Career Services: Job offers are always available and having access to employers related to your major are always available with open positions. Trying to find a job in your major is easy and AIB College of Business always tries to match a job closes to your major. They send emails of lists of employers that apply to certain majors and job fairs are done quite often to help students and employers look to valuable hard working people.

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: Nothing Transferred – I wasn't a transfer student so I didn't worry about getting credits transfer but I now for a fact that AIB College of Business does a good job transferring them on time. I like the class schedule because the classes are at a right time for my day routine but they can be moved around to fit into your everyday schedule. Online and evening classes are available to be able to manage your school and work with ease.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: Small Classes and Interaction With Students – I love the fact that the classroom sizes are small which makes it very convenient to learn better without the hassle of not being able to see the teacher. Small classrooms makes it easier to interact with the teacher and students which makes the learning experience more pleasant and exciting.

4 College Freshman

Student Body: Extremly Friendly and Hard Working – The student are all friends with each other. The classes are focused on the business world, and we work hard to get everything done.

5 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: Staff at AIB – I feel the staff are absolutely wonderful. Everyone from the professors, to administrative staff, to the advisor staff have helped me tremendously. I always get all my questions answered and everyone that works on the campus always seems to go out of their way to help you. For example there was one time when I was off campus a few days and my professor was more then willing to help accommodate me in getting caught up and making sure I didn't fall behind. This is the type of campus where people know you by name and not a number.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: On the Fast Track – One reason I chose to go to AIB was the flexibility and what they call the "3-year degree", meaning I could get my bachelors degree in three years because the school goes year round. Being someone who waited a couple years after high school to go to college this gives me an opportunity to finish early. It's also a great school because they don't have classes on Fridays and have many night and online classes available. This gives students, like myself, a better chance to have a part-time or full-time job. These are a few reasons why I feel AIB has given me the motivation to succeed at their institution.
