5 College Junior

Academic Experience: My school is a business school so the focus is on Business Administration and Accounting classes. The school does a great job with applying real life scenarious and offering classes that will allow us to be sucessfull later on.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: We have computer labs in almost all of the academic buildings on campus. The printing is sometimes a little bit stalled and slow, but I am not complaining about my schools printers and/or computer network.

Campus Resources: My school really does a great job at preparing students become well rounded and job ready. We're required to do community service as a part of graduating, which is something beneficial for us and also employers love seeing that you are willing to give back. Also the school posts job opportunities in the local area because the school has many partnerships and connections with local area businesses.

Campus Resources: Printing on campus is easy, all computers are linked up to the correct printers, wireless access is simple, the network has occasional problems as with any other network, but most of the time it is extremely reliable. Computer labs are always accessible, if there are days that they are being used for class there is always a sign posted outside.

Online Courses: I took a term off from day classes and decided to try out the online courses. It was more responsibility as you have to work out your own study schedule and test schedule. Once I had a routine going it was easy to get the work done. The professors were always helpful, letting us know what hours they would be in their office for us to stop by or give them a call. Email wise they were always prompt in answering, also if they happened to go on vacation they would give us ample notice and who we could turn to in case we needed help with something.

Academic Experience: It's a business focused school, what's nice about this is the fact that all the classes you take are related to your major. Whether it be accounting, international business, sales and marketing, or sports and event management it is all relevant to what you need to know in order to succeed in your career later on.

Academic Experience: The professors are good about explaining the course material, what's expected of you and how to do the assignments. They also do a great job at being available for any questions we might have whether it be school or job related. We always have more than one way to reach them and they communicate clearly at what hours they would be available for us to talk to them or when we can expect them to respond to our questions.

Campus Resources: They have really nice equipment in the weight room. The library has a wide variety of books.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: They have several computer labs on campus but the network is slow.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The education I'm getting is worth what I'm getting for the price to attend this school. I ended up with close to a full ride due to my academic standings and that helped a lot because this school can get expensive if you don't have the money to pay for tuition/room & board, etc. At AIB, you have to get all of your financial aid forms in on-time or you WILL NOT receive as much financial aid so please beware! There aren't too many hidden fees but make sure you have all of your bases covered through the financial aid department.

Academic Experience: I'm a sales and marketing major and only a few of my classes are what I've expected them to be. Since I transferred into AIB, all of my electives were taken care of and these classes I am involved in now are directly related to my major. It's great because I love my major and it's actually interesting.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: I wish the professors would give the students more of a challenge since working in students labor force is going to be harder than this school. The student body is also typically very small which makes it easier for the professors to sit down one-on-one with each student and ensure that the lessons are taught correctly and understood. The major complaint I have had about the school is that we have little to no say in how the registrar designs our class schedules.

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: The experience with the school has been a good one so far. There has been lots of flexibility with my schedule and making sure that the classes I have on-campus are to my need. The advisors are very helpful from the interaction that I have had with them. I chose this school because my Uncle and Grandfather graduated here and they both told me how much more personal the instructors are because of the smaller classes. This has been what makes it enjoyable to me with having the ability to interact like this and learn in a good environment.

Online Courses: The online experience can be scary, however the system used and involvement required makes it a little easier to do. You can log in whenever to see your assignments and always have access to reach out to others in the class or instructor for questions. Overall it is user friendly and the instructors make themselves readily available for their online students.

Academic Experience: The schedule makes it possible to have a job in the afternoon. I get a lot from the material that is being covered but it's not an overload of information. The small class sizes makes it possible to get your questioons answered in class.

Campus Resources: The campus has a good structure. The library and the labs a really good

Career Services: The College has a two job fairs during the year what helps a lot of students to get jobs. They also post jobs every week.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: The campus is very small, the gym is up to date but the library and apartments are outdated.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: AIB focuses on business classes and getting students business jobs. That is what makes this a great college.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Get what you paid for, although it seems expensive at the time, most college students are paying equal the amount or more.

5 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: The teachers are awesome, they really enjoy what they do and have been here long enough that they understand what students need to learn the material and get rid of the unimportant things.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: AIB has multiple computer labs available to students. They also have free tutoring for anyone that needs it! Another resource that is helpful is the library on campus.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I think that the professors here are very good at what they do. I have had problems with my class schedule, and I have had to go meet with my advisor several times, and they make it very easy to switch your schedule around and are more than willing to help. I also believe that AIB has the appropiate workload, it is not too much, but at the same time it is not too little.

5 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I think that AIB has an excellent academic experience. I am an accounting major and my classes are going very well so far. I also enjoy how AIB doesn't have a lot of electives that do not relate to my major. I have already started a class in my major my first term here.

4 College Junior

Career Services: AIB is very supportive of its students and the career services team really do a good job at helping students continue their careers after AIB. there has been many succesful people who attended AIB in the past and career services helped show them the way. i am very pleased
