3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: There are many choices in the Adrian area for apartments and cheap houses. The only hassle occurs when dealing with the school for approval.

College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: I live on campus. According to housing policies at Adrian, in order to even enroll there, you have to live on campus your first year. I have heard from other upperclassmen that living off campus is not worth it, because it is already expense as it is, and you are placed far away from your campus classes.

Off-Campus Housing: I don't know much about it

Off-Campus Housing: Off-campus housing is easy to find in Adrian. We have a wide selection of apartments in the area within a 5 mile radius from the campus. They have large parking lots and the costs are actually comparable to on-campus housing.

Off-Campus Housing: When I was there the only off campus housing was still owned by the college, so it's not any cheaper to live off campus than on. The college does own some nice property off campus though, multiple houses and a couple apartment complexes that are nice. You also get the maintenance team to help you with issues, but the filing system is a little hectic. Also, for off campus housing you have to apply through the school, and they usually assign everybody random lottery numbers. The more credits you have the more likely you will get a high number. And that is the main basis in which they assign the off campus housing to those that apply.
