3 College Sophomore

Academics: The work load for my major is pretty heavy but do-able. Although, I think the added prerequisite courses are a total waste of time and money. The chemistry course for nursing is Adelphi's own version of a combined inorganic, organic, and biochemistry which makes the course difficult to understand since they put two and half years of chemistry into one semester. I am doing pretty well in the class, but that is because I already took many chemistry classes before but anyone who hasn't (most haven't), they are having a really hard time. Even the professors think this class is nuts!

5 College Freshman

Academics: Freshman year for nursing one must take Anatomy and Physiology 1 and 2 with a lab for each. Both are an acceptable amount of work and lab is very easy. For the most part the workload is fair but it always depends on the teacher. One can take the easiest class and have a horrible teacher who makes it hard and one could take the hardest class with an amazing professor and get an A.

4 College Freshman

Academics: There are many academics offered here at Adelphi. However, as a freshman the registration process can be very difficult. The professors are all great that I have had so far.

4 College Senior

Academics: Good classes that support your intended major of study and professors are available for help when needed

4 College Freshman

Academics: I've had great professors and a lot of people seem to be really dedicated
