Tuition & Financial Aid: I'm not sure how I'm supposed to rate this accurately. First and foremost, tuition is so expensive that it makes it nearly impossible to be a student and and work part/ full time. As an undergrad, I was able to pull it off, but for my Masters, it became too much. Now I'm up to my brows in debt, without any idea where I'm going from when I graduate. This varies among many, but I fall under the majority with parents who never have the financial means to support me. I'm also a cancer survivor with some learning challenges so my work ethic has to be much more strict to achieve what I have already.

Campus Resources: The instructors here are professional tend to their students as effectively as they possibly can.

The communication between teacher to student, and student to student is limited though even with the great advancements in technology, you can't get the same response time online as you would on campus. Although enjoy the freedom and flexibility of being an online student, direct person to person (on campus) communication is more effective in that ideas and feedback is rallied back and forth much faster, and direct. In addition, person to person (on campus) communication is more effective in that you can get a better, clearer read on you instructors, and fellow students responses with not just words but with facial and body, and tone and immediate response time.

Campus Resources: I was on the campus network offers students to wear anytime. Equipped with a very fast wifi network, teteapi only certain parts to facilitate student doing his work.

Academic Experience: I wouldnt choose any other major. being a Music Production and Sound Design for Visual Media major, you are exposed to a wealth of information which can be overwhelming at times, but mostly, it is absolutely what I need and I would never complain otherwise. Everything that I learn will actually be utilized in my career as a professional, so there's no need for me to complain about anything that I am learning. It is supposed to be difficult, hard, seemingly impossible, because it's new. In fact, I'd be disappointed if the challenge was easy. I know I wouldnt have learned a thing if it came easy to me.

Online Courses: Its not live, for one thing. It's basically up to you to gain the understanding and there's quite alot more legwork, in my opinion, because I don't have a professor right in front of me giving me tips, and I can simply raise my hand or address him after class if I have any questions about an assignment, but as far as assistance with that goes, AAU really does try to give as many resources as possible because they understand the frustration of now having immediate access, so they try to accommodate these needs as much as possible, but ultimately, it's up to the student to seek help.

Academic Flexibility: Being an online student and being able to log in whenever I want within the span of a week to be counted as "present" is an automatic plus, over having to physically show up for classes each day On Time, so I'd say overall flexibility-wise, I have nothing to complain about.

Student Body: I'm an online student, so I suppose my opinion could be viewed as a little biased because I'm not actually on campus, which makes it a little bit more difficult for me to interact with students like myself, however, the online classes that I am taking opened up a grander possibility, and now I find myself interacting with students on a weekly basis. Some of us have even tried to meet online to interact with each other directly, which is great for networking, so I'd say my experience has been very good.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition in my opinion just keeps getting higher and higher. The only reason I give it a B instead of a C or a D is because if you have any questions, at least you can talk to industry professionals. I spent a few summers teaching myself the programs on my own compared to the classes themselves. Just understand that the amount of money you pay for classes doesn't necessarily mean you'll have a job waiting for you in the field whatsoever.

Campus Resources: I feel like I can log on no problem to the school's network and the resources are fantastic when you need them. the only problem I've had so far is that I've already had 4 different advisors who can barely remember my name.

Academic Flexibility: This grade is based upon the last two semesters i've been at the academy. Prior to these last two semesters, my experience at the academy were awesome. However, I feel that the quality of the school as well as the teaching level, has gone down. The classroom sizes are getting too large, making it difficult to understand demos from knitwear/CDFP instructors. Some instructors, I don't feel have the right amount of knowledge to be teaching at the academy, and are not inspiring. My experience here is just going down and I am looking to transfer out into another college. A college that I can get more out of my learning experience.

Online Courses: The online classes are very flexible although the work has to be handed within a week rather than bi-weekly. This can affect a students lifestyle especially if they have a busy work life and children. But the school does provide advice and online tools to help us get by these trials and tribulations with our real life issues with time management. We all have to work together and not procrastinate.

Student Body: I am unknown to this option, so I can not actually rate it. I believe there is no student body in the online courses to my knowledge

5 College Student

Academic Flexibility: My reason for choosing this rating is because they understand their students needs online and on campus. They are highly experienced in their field and provide great mentoring to all students even the ones who study online. They offer a vast amount of support and advice to all of their students.

Campus Resources: The facilities are amazing, they have the best technology and industry standard gear to use when you take classes with them.

4 College Senior

Online Courses: Being in an online class is hard enough, but it is very intuitive and easy to learn. The workload gets to be a bit too much because of reading, but now they are providing each module as a narrated slide show so it woks out better than last semester.

Academic Experience: The photography program is good, and they spend a lot of money in getting the latest technology but they don't spend a lot of time or money in helping you find a job once you get out.

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: I really like all the facilities that they have. Most of the instructors care about helping the students learn and be in a class environment that encourages the students to learn. However, some teachers are stubborn in their ways and they sometimes don't respect students that want to do different kind of work. They don't support anything that is not commercial or that it has the "Academy look".
