4 College Junior

Overall Experience: I like attending the college I am at, I learned quite a few things that will help me on my life journey and I will continue to learn as much as I can, I love having an education.

Facilities: It is a Native American school, I learn a lot of knowledge mentally, spiritually and physically. The campus is very traditional with a lot of Native American art throughout the facilities. I am Assiniboine and Gros Ventre, the school I am attending focus' on both of those tribes, I'm proud to be Native American.

Career Services: I don't really have much to say about this topic because, I don't go to the career center but people say its ok.

3 College Junior

Online Courses: I learned what I understood and used what I learned to better myself mentally.

Tuition & Financial Aid: It's worth the tuition and time, the financial aid office staff are easy to work with and are very advisive.

Academic Experience: Well my major is welding and its fun and very instuctive, the instructor is very good at explaining things and the proper way to do them. I like my major very much!

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: The faculty are very straight forward with what they are teaching, they do a good job both teaching and tutoring, they give me the proper help I need when I need it and are very good at it.

Campus Resources: There are alot of computer labs that are available almost allday, the computers have very good networking speed and are easy to use. They have alot of microsoft office tools installed on almost every computer and you are albe to use them at your own discretion, anytime, any day of the week.

Campus Resources: Well they are always there and available to join if you want to. The library is nice its always quiet and easy to study in.

5 College Junior

Student Body: Well I know about half the students that attend ANC, they have good personalities and are friendly enough to help you with your assignments and study time. My friends and classmates are always encouraging me to get to class and to get my work done.

5 College Senior

Overall Experience: I just really like the staff that helped me register. If I had to do it over, I would not mind having to see them again. They were really kind, and let me know exactly what needed to be done.

3 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: I will say that it is pretty flexible, yeah. I know someone working full time, and is going to school here part time, and she always makes it to class because it was flexible to her schedule.

College Senior

Online Courses: I take no online courses, as they don't pertain to my course of study.

Academic Experience: My major would be Welding. We have two simulators that are quite the addition to the Welding program. We are able to simulate real welding situations, and given feedback on our technique on welding a specific way. The workload is not bad, you just have to be in class every day to reap the full benefits of this class. Our classroom is pretty modern, and it helps because everyone can put their input in, or ask questions pretty easily.

Academic Experience: When I registered for my classes, I noticed how easy the process was because all of the staff are so friendly. It seemed like they just wanted us to come to school. So, kudos to the staff here, because it seemed like a preety warm vibe to me.

Career Services: From my understanding, as I am only a freshman this year, one of our programs helps in job placement. That program is called NACTEP, and it helps you like i said in getting a job. Not only that but also by giving you sound career advice. You can also come in, and have a conversation with an old teacher who taught you, and I'm pretty sure he would you the best advice possible.

Campus Resources: I believe their is a great computer network in place. You can always find an open computer if you have need for one. If I had to print anything, I simply have to ask at the library for the librarian to let me print, and boom, that is done. Students don't have access to any wireless connections, but I feel their should be no need for that, since you can easily just go hop on a computer at any of several locations.

Campus Resources: Our student support center is awesome. You come in, sign in, and are helped in any way possible. If you are having trouble with an assignment, it is possible to go into the student center and conme out an hour later with a good understanding of that subject.

Student Body: Our student body is mostly from around the same place, Ft. Belknap. It really doesn't matter if your from one end of our reservation, or the other, it seems we all get along once around each other. As far as diversity, I beleive Aaniiih Nakoda College has that handled. As I said, we come from all areas, such as students from out of town. Everyone once inside a classroom is expected to learn, like anyone else.
